Limca Sportz ICC 2023 Promotion is an online promotion activity where on purchase of Limca Sportz specified SKUs, consumers can participate and stand a chance to win a Fitness Tracker and/or ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Match Tickets. This Promotion will commence on 15th August 2023 and will continue until 31st October 2023.

Eligibility of Limca Sportz ICC Promotion

** Eligibility Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”)
(i)- Must have attained 18 (eighteen) years of age.
(ii)- own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection and internet connection that is accessible at all times.
(iii)-bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal).
(iv)-are not management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of CCIPL, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion (including suppliers of Prizes).

** The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in India except for the state of Tamil Nadu (“Promotion Territory”) and shall be applicable on Limca Sportz 250 ml, Limca Sportz 500ml and Limca Sportz ION 4 500 ml PET packs (“Promotion Products”).

** Please note that any entry received from states other than the Promotion Territory shall be declared as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration for determining the Winners of the Prize.

** For the sake of clarity, this Promotion is not open to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).

How to Participate in the Limca Sportz ICC Promotion?

Participants wishing to enter the Promotion can do so only through https://lmsicc.coke2home.com/.

The Participant can participate subject to the following terms:
** Buy a Limca Sportz Promotion Product.
** Scan the QR code on the Promotion Product to visit the Promotion Website.
** Register with a valid mobile number and accept these Terms and the Promotion Website’s Privacy Policy to Participate in this Promotion.
** The Participant(s) can choose to participate for the Fitness Tracker , and/or the Yo-Yo Test.

Fitness Tracker

a) Enter Unique Code from behind the label of your Promotion Pack to stand
a chance to win a Fitness Tracker.
b) If you are a Fitness Tracker winner, you will be notified instantly on the Promotion Website.
c) Fitness Tracker must be claimed within 48 hours from declaration of the Winner by providing additional details (Shipping address, etc) via a Claim Form.
d) The form & instructions on how to claim will be available on the Promotion Website.

Yo-Yo Test

** Participate in the Yo-Yo Test on the Promotion Website to stand a chance to win ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 match tickets, by clicking on Take the Test from homepage or several other locations on the Promotion Website. Participant(s) can watch the demo video that will guide them on how this test is to be taken. Detailed instructions on how to take the test are also available on the Promotion Website.

a) The Participant(s) may select from three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced (definitions of the levels are available in the Instructions page) as per their comfort level and preference.
b) Record or Upload Yo-Yo Test video on the Promotion Website as per the instructions available therein. The Participant(s) will need to provide access to their device camera for recording their Yo-Yo Test.
c) Enter the total time taken to complete the required number of shuttles for their level and Submit their entry for the Yo-Yo Test.

** Shortlisted Yo-Yo Test entries post evaluation will be notified on the Promotion Website to proceed with next steps, and also be informed through SMS, or Email (as per details provided while registering).

** The Participant(s) will be required to repeat the test in person in the presence of a representative authorised by CCIPL (“Auditor”). The Auditor will confirm successful completion of YO-YO test and select Winners to win a Match Ticket for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, Match ticket will be as per the Auditor’s discretion. If won, the Participant(s) will be notified of their win on the Promotion Website and also via SMS/Email.

** The Participant(s) may also proceed to generate an AR certificate with the celebrity partner on the Promotion Website. They will need to provide access to their device camera in order to click their picture and generate their participation certificate. The Participants can download this certificate from the Promotion Website.

Terms & Conditions of Limca Sportz ICC Promotion

1. Participants may participate any number of times with a valid unique code to try their luck at winning the Fitness Tracker, or take the Yo-Yo Test any number of times to try their luck at winning the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Match Tickets, however, it is clarified that each Participant will be eligible to win up to a maximum of one (1) Fitness Tracker and one (1) ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Match Ticket per Mobile Number during the Promotion Period.

2. Participants must claim their Fitness Tracker within 48 hours (“Claim Window”) from declaration on the Promotion website to prevent forfeiture of their Prize. If Participant fails to claim their Fitness Tracker by submitting valid details as required in the Claim Form, the Prize will be forfeited post the expiry of the claim window.

3. Match Tickets must be claimed latest by 16th October 2023 (“Redemption Window”) using a claim form available on the Promotion Website. Any Match Ticket not claimed by the Redemption Window will be forfeited.

4. All earned rewards will be visible in the My Winnings section of the Promotion Website for each Participant.
5. Participants will also be notified via SMS/Email of the details of the Prize(s) won & instructions on how to redeem their Prize(s).
6. Any forfeiture exercised by CCIPL will be binding and final on the participants.

7. The Participant(s) by submitting their Yo-Yo test recordings or their picture to CCIPL via AR certificate experience, they would be consenting to the use of their name, likeness and image to CCIPL in any promotional manner, advertising material or otherwise on any media, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this contest or products.

Prizes and Winners of Limca Sportz ICC Promotion

During the Promotion Period, Participants on the basis of valid participation as per the Terms of Clause 6, shall be eligible to win the following Prize(s):
** Fitness Tracker and/ or
** ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Match Tickets

The winners of the Prize(s) (each a “Winner”) may access details of their Prize(s) under the My Winnings page on the Promotion Website. It is hereby clarified that, the Participant can participate in the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period, but each Participant will be eligible to win up to a maximum of one (1) Fitness Tracker and/or one (1) ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Match Ticket, per Mobile Number during the Promotion Period.
