Offer Period, Timing of Light Up Your Diwali Contest

Contest period will be from 12th Oct 2023 00:01 hours to 20th Nov 23.59 hours (both days included). The Company reserves the right to change the Contest period and timing, in case of any contingency, at its sole and absolute discretion, without any consent, connivance, notice or intimation to anyone.

Eligibility Criteria of Light Up Your Diwali Contest

** Individual consumers residing in India only are eligible to participate in this Contest (Eligible Participants), “except Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.”
** Eligible Participants below age of 18 years may participate only with the consent of and under the supervision of and through their parent / legal guardian.
** Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Contest and the Offer is open for individual human beings only residing in Hyderabad.

** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Contest and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

** The consumer(s) participating in the Contest is / are referred to as Participant(s).

How to Participate in the Light Up Your Diwali Contest?

** Participation in any other way than this will not be accepted.
** Only one entry per participant will be accepted. The first entry from each participant will be considered for the Contest.

Voluntary & Free Participation of Light Up Your Diwali Contest

** This lucky draw contest is a voluntary initiative.
** No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
** It is not mandatory to participate in the Contest.
** It is not mandatory to purchase any of the Ferrero products to participate in the Contest.

Prizes of Light Up Your Diwali Contest

** The winner will get One Ferrero Rocher T96 cone.
** There would be 100 lucky winners who can get a chance to win One Ferrero Rocher T96 cone each
** The winners will be judged by the Company representatives and decision of the judges will be final & binding on the participants.
** The announcement of winners shall be done on 15th December 2023.

** The representatives appointed by the Company will select/choose the winners and the Participants shall not be entitled to challenge or dispute the judgment or selection on any ground whatsoever. Decision of the Company shall be final in this regard.

** Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit.
