What is Glance Yeh Smart Hai Boss Contest?

Yeh Smart Hai, Boss Contest is introduced by Glance to conduct a quiz contest for the Glance users in India for a period from November 1, 2023 to December 31st , 2023, with questions posted daily on the Glance Smart Lock Screen (the smart lock screen pre-bundled in the smart phones operated and run by Glance), pertaining to topics of general knowledge and about Glance (“Contest”), and rewards the Winners with a unique opportunity to meet and greet Actor Salman Khan, the host, of the television show ‘Bigg Boss’, on the sets of the show in Mumbai.

Eligibility of Yeh Smart Hai Boss Contest

The eligibility criteria for users to participate in this Contest are:
a) should have completed 18 years of age;
b) are residents of India;
c) should have valid identity proof of name and age;
d) should have accepted the terms and conditions of the Contest; and
e) should have participated in the said Contest in accordance with the terms and conditions (“Contestants”).

Reward of Yeh Smart Hai Boss Contest

** This Reward is granted to three fortunate Contestants who have participated in the Contest, selected on the basis of a lucky draw (“Winners”). Each entry is recorded as a separate ticket in the lucky draw, therefore, if the Contestant answers more questions, an equivalent number of tickets will be issued in his/her name which will increase the probability of winning in the lucky draw.

Terms and Conditions of Yeh Smart Hai Boss Contest

** Contestants agrees to provide their name, contact number for the purpose of contacting the Winners to coordinate the meet and greet event as well as to reach out for marketing purposes from time to time. The Winners shall be contacted via phone call/ SMS and may be required to provide valid name and age proof such as Aadhar Card or Voter ID. This is governed by Glance privacy policy.

**Glance may refuse to provide the meet and greet opportunity to the Winners in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement to participate in the Contest under these terms and conditions. The meet and greet opportunity is non-transferable, non-assignable or non-exchangeable for cash equivalent. Only the Winners and no other person or agent, may claim this opportunity.

** Glance reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest at any time during the contest, without prior notice, either prospectively or retrospectively. Any attempt to abuse the Contest, including but not limited to providing false personal information without valid proof, or any discrepancies in that, or have not abided in accordance with the terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Contest.

** Glance hereby reserves the right to select and declare or not declare the Winners. Mere participation/ submitting entries does not entitle the Contestants to win. The Winners will be decided pursuant to verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest.

** Glance hereby reserves the right to decide the timeline to make arrangements for the Reward.

** All decisions relating to shortlisting, selection and announcement of Winners of the Contest shall solely vest with Glance and such decisions shall be final and binding on all the Contestants. The Contestants shall not dispute the decision of Glance at any point of time.
