Nabati Wafers Consumer Promotion Cash Back Offer 2023 is organized by Enerlife India Pvt Ltd. Participant must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Participant to purchase 2 packs of Nabati wafers promo pack of Rs 10/- or Rs 20/- or 1 Nabati wafers promo pack of Rs 10/- and 1 pack of Nabati wafers promo Rs 20/- to participate in the program. Participant must enter the unique codes of both the packs mentioned inside each pack to claim the reward. Last Date of Contest is 25th March 2024.

Eligibility of Nabati Wafers Cash Back Offer
** Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Program is valid throughout India, wherever the promo packs are available.
** The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Enerlife India Pvt Ltd and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
** The Program is valid only in India from 01/09/2023 to 25/03/2024 (herein after referred as “Program Period”) (both days included)
** The offer is valid only on purchase of two packs of Nabati Wafer Promo pack Rs 10 or Rs 20 pack or a combination of both and the reward distribution as below.
— Buy 2 packs of Rs.10/- SKU and get an assured cashback or E-Voucher of Rs.10/-
— Buy 2 packs of Rs.20/- SKU and get an assured cashback or E-Voucher of Rs.20/-
— One mobile number can participate maximum 3 times during the campaign period.
** The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
** Participant must enter the unique codes of both the packs mentioned inside each pack to claim the reward.

How to Participate in the Nabati Wafers Cash Back Offer?
** Participant to purchase 2 packs of Nabati wafers promo pack of Rs 10/- or Rs 20/- or 1 Nabati wafers promo pack of Rs 10/- and 1 pack of Nabati wafers promo Rs 20/- to participate in the program.
** Participants can either give a missed call to 7799707058 and receive an SMS with the promo microsite link or scan the QR code to land on the promo microsite i.e. https://nabatiwafer.woohoo.in or enter the microsite URL (https://nabatiwafer.woohoo.in) manually to land on the microsite page mentioned on the wafer pack.
** Then the participant will enter the mobile number and enter the 2 unique codes (10 digit alpha numeric) in the required field which is printed inside the packs (Note: 1 pack will have 1 unique code) and hit submit, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number and the verification will be done instantly.
** On the next page the participant will enter their full name (First Name and last name), state of participation and City/district of participation and accept the terms and conditions.
** On the next page the reward options will appear on the screen (UPI, Amazon and Paytm).
** Participant can select any of the reward option.
i) In case of Amazon and Paytm participant will get the voucher code instantly vis SMS (On the registered mobile number).
ii) In case of UPI cashback
a. The participant will be asked to enter the UPI id and the transfer will be made to the participant’s UPI id within 72 hrs.
b. The participant must accept the disclaimer before moving forward on submitting the UPI details.
c. Participant must recheck the UPI ID entered before submitting. The reward amount will not be transferred for any incorrect details. Re-submission of this detail will not be possible/accepted. (One UPI ID can claim maximum only 3 times and not more).

By participating in this Program:

** This Agreement is governed by the laws of the of India. This Agreement is deemed to have been signed and executed in Chennai, and you expressly submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Laws and the Courts in Chennai, only in respect of any disputes arising in any manner out of or relating to this site.
You expressly waive any objection of whatsoever nature to Indian jurisdiction and agree not to raise any objection or take any plea as to Indian jurisdiction on the ground of forum inconvenient, delay, expense, hardship or otherwise howsoever.

Such data collected and retained may be used by Enerlife (India) Pvt Ltd and or its related associates/partners/ affiliates for marketing, internal study, and data analysis purposes without any end period.
f. Enerlife (India) Pvt Ltd encourages participants to read the privacy notice of any such company before sharing personal data. If the Participant does not want his / her personal data to be collected by or shared with a company other than Enerlife (India) Pvt Ltd, the Participant can always choose not to participate in such activity.
g. Enerlife (India) Pvt Ltd and the Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
– For any SPAM generated messages
– For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
– For any SMS message delivery failures
– Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
– If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
– Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
