What is Christmas with Club Vistara Contest?

#ChristmaswithClubVistara Contest 2023 is organized by Club Vistara. To celebrate Christmas with our Club Vistara members, we have launched a fun contest #ChrtistmasWithClubVistara, with an opportunity for our CV Members to answer one simple question correctly, based on the loyalty program daily for 09 (nine) days to win exiting prizes. We welcome participation by residents of India by enrolling with the program and participating to get a chance to win. The Contest will be open daily from 0900 hrs (IST) until 1700 hrs from 16th December 2023 to 24th December 2023.

Eligibility Criteria of Christmas with Club Vistara Contest

** Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old on the date of entry, excluding employees of Vistara and employees of companies involved in the Contest and their associated, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with the Contest.

** Contest is open to individuals holding Indian citizenship and residing in India at the time of the Contest.
** Participant must be a CV Member and must enter their valid CV ID to be eligible for participation.
** If not a CV Member, the participants must enrol with Club Vistara.
** Participants must follow Club Vistara’s official Instagram handle (@club.vistara) · The entry must be posted from the Participant’s own valid public Instagram account.
** To be eligible for the Lucky Draw on Christmas day, the member must participate and answer all the 09 question correctly during the Contest Period.

How To Participate in the Christmas with Club Vistara Contest?

** The Contest will run on Club Vistara’s official Instagram account only (Platform).
** CV Members can register for the Contest by sharing their Club Vistara ID (“CV ID”) by clicking on the ‘link in the bio’ to confirm their participation. The link will take them to a registration page to fill in their CV ID and Instagram Handle.
** CV Member will be asked one question daily through an Instagram Post and they would need to participate by answering in the comments section and use the hashtag #ChristmaswithClubVistara.
** They would also need to like, re-share the post on their story, and tag 02 friends to join them in the contest.
** Members who participate on all 09 (nine) days will enter the Lucky Draw on Christmas day.
** The entries must be posted from the Participant’s own valid public Instagram account. Participants must follow the Platform i.e. Club Vistara’s Instagram official handle @club.vistara.

The Winner’s name (at Vistara’s absolute and sole discretion) will be announced on the Platfrom via Instagram story.

Contest Winner Notification :
** The announcement of 01 Winner will be made daily at 8:00 pm (2000 hrs) throughout the Contest Period on the Instagram story pursuant to the completion of the shortlisting process and verification of the relevant Club Vistara IDs/answers to the questions (or any other information as may be requested by Vistara from the concerned participants).

** The announcement for the Lucky Draw winners will be made at 8:00 pm (2000 hrs) on 25 December 2023.
** The prize winners will be contacted via email or call and will have 72 hours.

** Vistara reserves the right to cancel the entry of any Winner and select the next best entry, in the event of his/her failure to acknowledge receipt of win or provide the relevant details (such as full name, CV ID), within 72 hours of receiving notice from Vistara (or such other period as may be specifically stated by Vistara in its communication).

** The prizes will be sent directly to their registered mailing address provided by the Winner.
** Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Vistara to use each Winner’s name and likenesses for promotional purposes in any and all media throughout the Universe in perpetuity without further compensation except were prohibited by law.
** The prizes cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash.

Terms Of Participation for Christmas with Club Vistara Contest

** Vistara has the sole and absolute discretion in deciding the entries eligible to participate in the Contest and in selecting the Winners from the eligible entries.
** Vistara reserves the absolute right to withdraw or change any aspect of the Contest including the Prize offered without any prior notice or any reason.
** Vistara will not be liable for any delays in the receipt or non-receipt of entries.
** Each Participant is allowed to submit only one entry per day throughout the Contest Period.
** All Participants are deemed to have granted permission to Vistara (including its agents/sub-contractors) to use the content. Vistara reserves the right to use any content from the Contest for marketing and promotional purposes.
** Vistara shall not be responsible for any Participant’s details (including personal data, likeness, etc.) that are made public through their submissions.

** By submitting the entries for the Contest, Participants
(a) grant Vistara a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to publish, reproduce and distribute the submitted entries in all media, on all digital platforms and by any other means of communication controlled or authorized by Vistara;
(b) waive all rights to the submitted entries; and
(c) authorize and consent to Vistara to use their name and picture where applicable.

** These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions (including privacy policy) as specified on Vistara’s website www.airvistara.com, which terms and conditions shall also be applicable to the Contest.

** Participants must not impersonate any person or entity. Each Participant is allowed to participate only through a single valid user account created on the Platforms.
** Participants must not post, distribute or reproduce, in any way, any obscene, derogatory, or any illegal/unlawful content.

** Participants must not post, distribute or reproduce, in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights and shall indemnify and hold Vistara (its officers, directors, agents, sub- contractors) harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, costs (including attorney fees), etc. for any breach of this provision by the Participants.

** Vistara colours (Aubergine and Gold) and Vistara logo are proprietary material of TATA SIA Airlines Limited.

** All the images in the advertisement are for representational purposes only.
** The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

** By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
