Eligibility of Rajnigandha Buy Scratch & Earn Get Cashback Offer

** Offer is not valid in the States of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala or any other prohibited State if covered during the scheme period mentioned at clause 2 herein below.
** This is limited period offer by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL/Company) is for select stocks of Rajnigandha Saffron Blended Pan Masala bearing the manufacturing date between 1st December 2023 – 31st December 2023.
** Redemption of scratch Card amount shall be on or before 25th March 2024. Offer valid till 25/03/2024
** Scheme is valid only for Retailers & Trade Partners (Participant) buying from DSL Authorised Distributors Only.
** Employees, dealers, wholesalers, their immediate family members, agents, and distributors of DSL and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (Big City/Agency) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

How to Participate in the Rajnigandha Buy Scratch & Earn Offer?

To participate in the Contest, Participant (Retailer/Trade Partner) shall have to:
** Buy a contest Product.
** Sign up with his/her registered Mobile Number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy at www.RajnigandhaSaffron.in.
** Enter his/her valid unique code on the promotional website (www.RajnigandhaSaffron.in) to win cashback.

** Products available without this offer also. Participation is voluntary and without any fee.

** To participate and further to claim the cash back, such Participant needs to compulsorily register himself/herself on www.RajnigandhaSaffron.in directly or by scanning the QR Code and then input the details of Unique code. Participant can log in at any time by scanning the QR Code or directly log in to www.RajnigandhaSaffron.in.

** After submitting the unique Code on the website, the Participant need not submit the physical scratch card to DSL representative except as mentioned hereinafter.
** If any problem arises then Participant shall have to submit the complete Scratch Card to nearest authorized distributor or DSL’s sales representative at its own expense and keep the copy of the same safe with him/her for further use.
** DSL reserves the right to reject the scratch card in the event of any counterfeit, morphed image of Scratch Card is used or mismatch of unique codes are present and decision of DSL shall be final in this regard.
** Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or others liability whatsoever connected with this scratch card offer including any Income Tax, GST liability or Gift Tax.
** A maximum of two Scratch Cards can be used per person, per Mobile Number, per email ID and per account per day. Participant can redeem up to a maximum of 50 nos. of Scratch Cards (whichever is earlier) during the entire promotion period.
** It is mandatory to furnish unique code printed on scratch card to the company for redemption.

** The Participant will be responsible for entering its details such as UPI ID. DSL & Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. (Payment Processing Partner) will not be responsible for non-redemption or rejection arising due to any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once the Participant has submitted the details.

How to Redeem?

Steps to Redeem :
1. Scratch the silver box to unveil the Unique Code.
2. Scan the QR code or visit www.rajnigandhasaffron.in, enter Unique code printed on scratch panel with requested details and click submit.
3. Post OTP authentication, enter your UPI details.
4. Post successful verification, you will receive your cash back within 2-3 business days.

The Prize cannot be exchanged and is not transferable. DSL and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM-generated messages
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
