Eligibility of Tata Tea Chakra Gold Suvarna Avakasham Contest

1. This Contest will be open to only consumers of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. who are residents of Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh (India) with the exception of employees, trade partners, dealers, distributors and their immediate family members of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. and the agency.

2. This contest is open for adults above 18 years.

3. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.

Period & Timings of Tata Tea Chakra Gold Suvarna Avakasham Contest

1. The contest will commence from 5th December 2023 to 15th February 2024
2. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the web mode of participation at TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD.
3. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
4. The Contest shall run on the following specially marked products (SKUs) of Tata Consumer Products Ltd.:
a) Tata Tea Chakra Gold (100g, 250g, 500g), This is applicable on entire range (Care, Elaichi, Leaf and base packs)
5. Products without this promotion also available in the market.

Prizes of Tata Tea Chakra Gold Suvarna Avakasham Contest

a) Gold Coin Prize:
i. During the Contest Period, 500 winners will be selected for 1g Gold Coin

b) Meet and Greet:
** During the Contest Period, 25 winners* will be selected for the meet and greet. Winners will be allowed to bring one (01) companion for the meet and greet.
** Winners will need to provide the name of the companion at the time of verification and cannot be changed once confirmed.
** Admission into the venue shall be denied if the companion does not match with the details provided by the winner.
** Details of the Meet and Greet will be shared 07 business days before the date of meet and greet at discretion of TCPL.

1. For participants from Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh:

a) Step 1: Participant to give a missed call to 90729 90729 or scan the QR Code printed on the promotional pack to receive a message via WhatsApp
b) Step 2: Participant to enter the Unique code printed inside the promotional pack to confirm their participation.
Any participant can enter four times during the Contest Period from a mobile number.

2. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. and the partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
a) For any SPAM generated messages.
b) For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones.
c) For any SMS message delivery failures.
d) Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.

f) Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.

Winner Selection of Tata Tea Chakra Gold Suvarna Avakasham Contest

1. All Prize Winners will be eligible to win as per below:
a) A maximum of one Gold Coin of 1g or a chance to meet & greet Rashmika Mandanna.
b) If any winner has won a gold coin prize, he / she shall not be eligible to meet & greet Rashmika Mandanna.
2. The Prize winners will be drawn by randomizer software on a lottery basis during the contest period i.e. from 12:01 AM 5th December 2023 to 11:59:59 PM 15th February 2024
3. All valid entries from 12:01 AM 5th December 2023 to 11:59:59 PM 15th February 2024 will be considered for the prizes.
4. Any participant can win a maximum of 1 prize during the Contest Period (refer point 1 under Winner Selection) from a mobile number, email address, house address, PAN Card/Aadhar Card/ Household.
5. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD.

6. The Gold Coin cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

10. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. / its Agency, and under no circumstances, TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

11. Any participant of the Contest who wins any one of the prizes during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
