What is Kharghar Marathon?

All participants shall participate willingly and with full consent of parents. For entry acceptance, the entry form ‘Waiver’ must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form. It is compulsory for participant to attach age proof along with participation form, participant without age proof will not be given entry in the competition.(School students should submit their entry form with signature of Principal/Head Master and School seal.) Last Date of Registration is 6th January 2024.

Rules & Regulation of Kharghar Marathon

** All participants should be present at competition start point at 05.00 am.
** All participants shall participate willingly and with full consent of parents.
** Organizers shall not be liable for any loss to the participant.
** Each Participant has to acquaint himself with the route of his/her race.No claims of any kind will been trained in this regard.
** The decision taken by Referee will be final & binding on each Participant.
** Right of any change in competition are reserved by the organizers, which will be published/announced at appropriate time and place.
** Participants would be disqualified for misbehaviour of any kind.
** Participants will be disqualified if found & smoking, drunk or use of stimulation drugs.

** It is compulsory for participant to attach age proof along with participation form, participant without age proof will not be given entry in the competition.(School students should submit their entry form with signature of Principal/Head Master and School seal.)

** All original documents will be verified prior to time of prize distribution and only then he will be declared as the winner.
** Participants must show residence/domicile proof from competent authority (Tahasildar/ Gramsevak/SEO) with signature, if any objection is raised.

** Persons who are government employees staying in Raigad District for last 3 years can also participate in the competition, Participants must attach residence/domicile proof from competent authority (Thasildar/Gramsevek/SEO) with Signature to Entry form.

** Each Participant must compulsory affix a passport size photo on the entry form.
** School must provide the list of Participants according to the competition category along with entry forms.
** Organizers can make arrangements of stay for those participants who are outside from Panvel & Uran Taluka. Those willing to opt for this facility, should contact the organizers at least 2 days prior to the competition.
** Chest number is mandatory for participation in Marathon.
