Plankathon 2024 is organized by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. Any Indian citizen residing in India can participate in Plankathon. Participants should be of minimum 18 years and maximum 60 years. Upload a 5 second video of you doing a plank. Maximum allowed file size is 100MB. MP4, MOV, HEIC, HEVC format supported. All participants fulfilling the Terms and Conditions will receive an Official Attempt Thank You Letter, which participants can download from our website and will also receive it via email. Plankathon starts on 10th January 2024 and ends on 8th February 2024.

Eligibility of Plankathon

** Any Indian citizen residing in India can participate in Plankathon. Participants should be of minimum 18 years and maximum 60 years.
** Plankathon starts on 10th January 2024 and ends on 8th February 2024.

How to Participate in the Plankathon?

** To participate, participants need to share the video of abdominal planking, the video should be of minimum 5 seconds and of minimum resolution of 480p.
** The maximum size for video allowed is 100 MB.
** Participants should upload the video on our microsite https://www.bajajallianzlife.com/plankathon-2024.html or WhatsApp number (8657856434) by entering Name, Mobile Number and Email ID.
** The video uploaded should belong to the participant/s only.
** The video should not contain any kind of nudity, obscenity, animal cruelty or any other content against the public policy or any unrelated content.
** One video can feature only one participant but can contain multiple planks of the same participant and will be counted as one video only.
** The participant’s consents that they are medically, physically, and mentally fit to participate in Plankathon and have no underlying health conditions that may be triggered.

Terms and Conditions of Plankathon

i) I hereby authorize Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. to call me on the contact number made available by me on the website with a specific request to call back.

ii) I further declare that, irrespective of my contact number being registered on National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) or on National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC), any call made, SMS or WhatsApp sent in response to my request shall not be construed as an Unsolicited Commercial Communication even though the content of the call may be for the purposes of explaining various insurance products and services or solicitation and procurement of insurance business

iii) Hi all, you are welcome to participate in our Plankthon this year. Please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions to participate in the Plankthon. It is implied that all the participants are in full and complete acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions as mentioned below.

** The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Plankathon.
** Each participant agrees to indemnify unconditionally and irrevocably and hold harmless the Company against all losses, damages, or any other liabilities that the Company may suffer on account of any submission made by the participant.
** By participating in the Plankathon, participants consent the use of their personal data for sharing information about the company and its products.

** These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Terms and Conditions can be altered, if need be, with and/or without any intimation of such change in the Terms and Conditions.

** The Company shall not be responsible for any disruption to the application of the participants, caused due to technical problems or otherwise, which are beyond its reasonable control.
** All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Pune shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
** In case of any dispute pertaining to the Contest, the Company’s decision shall be final.
