What is FCA India Jeep Grand Valentine’s Day Contest?

Jeep Grand Valentine’s Day Contest is organized by FCA India Automobiles Private Limited. This “Contest” is open to all Indian citizens of age 21 years and above residing in India. Take a screenshot of the reel shared on Instagram by @Jeepindia when the smoke forms a heat on the screen. Send the screenshot as a direct message to the Company’s official handle – @jeepindia. The Contest is valid from 1st February 2024 to 14th February 2024.

Eligibility of Jeep Grand Valentine’s Day Contest

Conditions and eligibility for valid entries:
a. Entries shared during the contest period shall only be considered to be a part of the Contest.
b. Entries from Participants who are resident of the Republic of India shall only be considered.
c. Participant/s and their nominated partner must be above the legal age of 21 years.
d. The participant or the nominee are not permitted to drive the Jeep SUV, only the chauffer will be authorized to drive.
e. None of the Company employees and their immediate family members, partners, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies are eligible to enter the contest.
f. Participants agree to comply with the law of land, taxation and compliance set by Government of India.

How to Participate in the Jeep Grand Valentine’s Day Contest?

To participate in the Contest, the Participant must:
a. Take a screenshot of the reel shared on Instagram by @Jeepindia when the smoke forms a heat on the screen
b. Send the screenshot as a direct message to the Company’s official handle – @jeepindia

c. One lucky winner will be chosen who along with one other person nominated by the winner shall win a Grand Valentine’s Date – A chauffer driven Jeep SUV for the whole day of 14th Feb, 2024 followed by dinner and stay at a local resort/hotel depending on the location of the winner.

Terms & Conditions of Jeep Grand Valentine’s Day Contest

** The Participants fulfilling all the conditions and eligibility criteria (specified in Set 3 of the terms and conditions) above shall be considered to be shortlisted. The jury for selecting the winners will be an internal jury. Company is not liable to share details of the jury or any shortlisting process with the Participant/s.

** By submitting the entries Participants hereby agree and give right to the Company to use, execute, show, modify and transmit such content, information, material or comments, including any underlying idea, concept or know-how (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Materials”).

** Each Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. Mere participation in the contest should not be perceived as any commitment by the Company to select a Participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Company to conduct further, similar or other contests in future.

** This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the third parties. Inaccurate, incomplete, or false information along with failure to submit proof of identification and/or original documents upon being adjudged a winner will automatically disqualify the Participant.

** The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, including but not limited to extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.

** The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this contest.
** The Company reserves the right to the use winner’s video, bytes, photograph, entries etc. for promotional use, and as publicity materials without any prior notice or compensation.
** The Company reserves the right to request additional proofs to ensure valid eligibility of the Participants.
** The Contest, benefits, gratification, etc. are all subject to prevailing and applicable laws, the Company is not liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities, or inconvenience suffered by any participants, because of these terms and conditions.
** The Company is not liable for loss of data, technical failure or any other unforeseen event that disrupts the Contest.
** The Company reserves absolute right to change the terms & conditions stated herein and regulations without any prior notice to deal with unforeseen incidents.
** The Company in not under any obligation to intimate or inform each participant in case of any changes in regulations or terms of the Contest.
** The Company has the right to extend, withdraw, terminate the contest without any prior notice whatsoever due to any unforeseen circumstances.
** The Participants understand and acknowledge that no FCA India employees, vendors, partners, advisors are under any obligation to advise them or render their service to them to win this Contest.

** The gratification includes the chauffer driven Jeep SUV for a single day, dinner and stay at a local resort/hotel and social/digital recognition only. Any requests over and above this will not be abided or entertained by the Company in any manner whatsoever.
