What is Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest?

Zoom introduces the Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest, offering participants a chance to win fabulous prizes. Just hitch a ride with Zoom, your go-to entertainment hub, and take a shot at winning big! The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. Winners shall be intimated on the Channel’s Facebook Page or on the Channel any day after the Contest Period. Last Date of Contest is 21st February 2024.

Eligibility of Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest

1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest.

2. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of BCCL, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. The Contest shall be valid from February 14, 2024, 5 pm till February 21, 2024, 5 pm (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period’). No late entries shall be considered for the purpose of the Contest.

Guidelines of Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest

** Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by BCCL and it is to be understood that the Prize will be given to the Winner only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents as required.

** Any information found to be incomplete, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the Participant. The personal information provided by the Participant/s will be saved/ stored with BCCL, for future use and reference.

** Information posted by the Administrator as available on the Official Instagram page of Zoom TV ( @zoomtv) is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest(s).

** Zoom TV shall not be responsible for any incorrect/misleading information relating to the Contest(s), presented/ displayed on any source other than the Official Page and will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant(s) based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any source other than the Official Page.

How to Participate in the Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest?

i. Log into the valid Instagram account.
ii. Become a fan / follower of the @zoomtv Instagram page.
iii. The Participant(s) has/have to send in their entries using #CelebrateLoveWithZoom

The #CelebrateLoveWithZoom campaign comprises of the following Contests:
(i) Quizzical Contest

Selection of Winner for Celebrate Love with Zoom Contest

** The selection of winner(s) will be based upon the most quality response submitted by the Participant(s) which shall be determined as per the sole discretion of the jury. The names of the winners will be announced at the end of the Contest(s).

** There will be 14 winners of the contest. Every winner announced by the jury shall be entitled to receive a hamper from (IGP) in association with ZOOM.

** The decision of the jury on the selection of winner(s) will be final and binding on all the Participant(s). No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by Zoom TV.

** It is mandatory that the Winner has (i) a valid passport, (ii) passport having a minimum 6 (six) months validity, (iii) should not be barred by law and (iv) should not have contracted any serious illness. The Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes including gift tax, air passenger duty and passenger service charges at the time of booking of tickets.

** BCCL will only bear the cost for VISA application, however, procurement of the VISA shall be responsibility of the Winner. In the event the Winner is not able to obtain the required VISA, BCCL is not obligated to give any alternate Prize and the Winner forfeits such Prize.

** All other cost and expenses including but not limited to medical and travel insurance, expenses of personal nature, all travel related expenses and such other expenses which are not specifically included in the terms and conditions of the Prize shall be borne and paid by the Winner.

** BCCL shall not be responsible or liable for any incident that may occur during the course of the Prize Winner’s travel to or from the destination or during the stay.

** BCCL’s decision on selection of the Winner of the Contest shall be final and binding on all the Participants. BCCL shall not entertain any questions, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Winners’ declaration and the Contest from any party whatsoever.

** Notwithstanding anything contained herein or Your participation in the Contest, only those Participants whose details are submitted as above, shall be entitled to the Prize and BCCL shall not be liable to any other person for the same.

** Winners shall be intimated on the Channel’s Facebook Page or on the Channel any day after the Contest Period. Winner will have to send us their details within 3 working days after the announcement, to be eligible to avail the Prize.

** In the event, Winner chosen fails to submit the requisite details within 3 days of the announcement of the Winner, the Winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and then BCCL reserves the right to choose a substitute winner(s) who shall be entitled to claim the Prize(s) offered.

** The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-changeable, non-extendable. There is no cash substitution, cash redemption or cash value in lieu of the respective prize. BCCL shall provide the Prize strictly as set out in these Terms.

** By participating in this Contest, you grant BCCL permission to use your name, photographs and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations across all means, media and technology known now or invented hereinafter.

** The Winner agrees that the footage of any nature with regard to the Winner shall vest with BCCL including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity. BCCL is permitted to share the database with its affiliates, partners and contractors for promotional purposes.
