Clean & Beautiful Environment Contest :

As a part of the ‘Swachha Bharat Abhiyan’, Nepa Ltd is conducting a ‘Clean and Beautiful Environment Contest’ at Nepanagar and nearby areas. The aim is to promote awareness about saving the environment and enhancing the aesthetics of this beautiful green township.

The winners will be announced during the Republic Day celebration on 26th January, 2016.

The competition is open to all institutions of the township like schools, hospitals, offices and individual residences. All are invited to participate. The entries will be accepted in the office of Sr. Manager (P&A) on the prescribed forms till 15th January, 2016 under the following three categories

Categories :
1) Educational Institute
2) Offices and other organizations (Hospital, Railway station, etc)
3) Residential accommodation

How to Participate:

1. The Competition is open to all institutions of township, schools, hospitals, offices and individual residences.
2. Completed entry forms can be submitted by:
i. Email to P&A department at hrd@nepamills.nic.in
ii. Address: Administrative Office, Nepa Ltd., Nepanagar, (M.P.)
3. Completed entry forms must reach us by 15 January 2016. Registration is on a first-comefirst- served basis.
4. The Competition will be judged by the organisers of the Nepa Ltd. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Terms and conditions :
1. No registration fee is required.
2. Participants who are late shall be disqualified.
3. The Competition will be judged by the Organisers or appointed working official. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify their participation.
4. The Organisers or appointed working official will collect all the details necessary for the winner selections.
5. Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry. In the case of multiple entries, the participant shall register by submitting the separate forms.
6. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of property arising from the Competition.
7. Submission of entries signifies the acceptance of the terms and conditions by the participants.
8. The Organisers reserve the right and discretion to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
