What is Oreo A Gift from Dhoni Contest?

This Oreo – A Gift from Dhoni Contest 2024 is an initiative of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. Participation in this Campaign is voluntary. Mondelez has engaged with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd to organize and run the Campaign. This Campaign is applicable to PAN India. However, certain aspects of the Campaign will not be applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu, details of which are provided in this Terms & Conditions. The Hourly and Daily Prize Winners of the Campaign will be announced on or before 30th June 2024. Last Date of Contest is 30th May 2024.

Eligibility of Oreo A Gift from Dhoni Contest

Campaign Period:
This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. 1st February 2024 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 30th May 2024 (“Campaign Period”). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
** You need to be a natural person;
** You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
** You should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
** You shall be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
** You should be holding a valid PAN card and, Aadhar Card.

Mondelez reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any person from the Campaign on grounds of:
(a) misconduct or criminal record or acted or have the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith;
(b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign;
(c) acting in violation of these T&Cs;
(d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
(e) entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable or against the ethos and principles of Mondelēz or which may be considered disparaging; or
(f) for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper.

How to Participate in the Oreo A Gift from Dhoni Contest?

For PAN India Except State of Tamil Nadu:
** To Participate in the Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, purchase the limited-edition Oreo contained in the pack which has the call out with respect to the Campaign (“Product”).

** Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the Product in the market or specified stores, as applicable and indicated in these T&Cs, during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the Product in the market.

For State of Tamil Nadu:
** Directly follow the steps below by visiting the website and confirming the details as promoted, included a confirmation of participation from Tamil Nadu.
** To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall visit the campaign website www.oreocricket.com and enter their mobile number. The participant will receive a One Time Password (“OTP”) on their registered mobile number.
** The Participant will enter the OTP and will be required to enter his/her name & email id along with a unique code printed on the back side of the wrapper of the Product.

Process to get Cashback Prize:
On entering the details as above:
After entering the unique code, The Participant will be redirected to the payment mode page where he/she shall be required to enter their UPI ID to claim their cashback.

Prizes of Oreo A Gift from Dhoni Contest

Number of Prizes (Lucky Draw):
MSD signed cricket kit:
There are a maximum of 600 cricket kit Lucky Prizes (defined below) under this Campaign. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.

Match Ticket:
There are a maximum of 60 winners of cricket match tickets ( “Match Tickets”) ) under this Campaign – each winner gets a maximum of 2 match tickets, hence total number of match tickets available for rewards is 120. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs.

The date and venue of the cricket match will be up to the discretion of the of Mondelez. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.

The MSD signed cricket kit and Match Ticket Prize is NOT applicable for the participants from Tamil Nadu. Participants from Tamil Nadu will only be eligible to win Assured Cashback.

Odds of Winning Lucky Draw Prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in these T&Cs.

Prizes: Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes (“Prizes”):
Assured Cashback of Rs. 5, or Rs. 10, or Rs.20, or Rs.30. The amount of cashback shall be determined by a randomizer for each Participant.
Hourly Lucky Prize – MSD signed cricket kit: 600 Qty, the winners of which to be determined basis of randomizer/lucky draw among participants
Daily Lucky Prize – Match Ticket: 120 Qty., , the winners of which – to be determined basis of randomizer/lucky draw among participants

Winner Selection of A Gift from Dhoni Contest

** The Hourly and Daily Prize Winners Tof the Campaign ( collectively referred to as “Lucky Prize Winners”) will be announced on or before 30th June 2024 and will be contacted by the Campaign Partner or execution partner through calls or direct messages or email etc.

** By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering Prizes where applicable.

** The Lucky Prize Winners will be drawn by a randomizer on a daily lottery basis.

** Lucky Prize Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 2 days of initial contact to be eligible for the winner selection process. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:
** Copy of anyone of the following being valid Driving License or AADHAR or Passport or Voter ID Card as proof for identification and verification purpose only for all prizes

** Mondelez and/or the Campaign Partner shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the verification documents. The responsibility for ensuring that the documents reaches the address as directed by Mondelez or Campaign Partner lies solely with the Participants. No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the documents or any missing documents shall be accepted.

** In the event that Lucky Prize Winners do not respond to communications within 2 days of initial contact, the Campaign Partner reserves the right to disqualify that Winners and the Prize will be forfeited.

** In the event that the Lucky Prize Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts would be made to contact the Lucky Prize Winner. If even on the third attempt, the Lucky Prize Winner does not attend the call, or is unreachable, their participation in the Campaign will come to an end and the Hourly and/or Daily Lucky Prize shall stand forfeited.

** No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.
