What is Acko Drive TOTM Viewers Choice Awards?

The contest for participants / voters of the 2023 Viewers Choice Awards (“Contest”) is organized by Acko Technology and Services Private Limited and participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. With Acko Drive, we continue a legacy that has stood for credibility and exclusivity. The Acko Drive awards signify the beginning of a new journey with a deep-rooted authority over the automotive industry. We are here to drive home a point about our award being ‘The One That Matters’ and that’s also because all the nominees will go through a thorough scrutiny conducted by our diverse and expert jury members.

Eligibility of Acko Drive TOTM Viewers Choice Awards

Eligibility Criteria for Vehicles :
** Two and four wheelers launched between January 2022 to December 2022
** Cars priced under Rs. 25 Lakh, with 3,000 units sale a month, selling in more than 1 region
** All Vehicles manufactured locally (CKD and CBU are not eligible)
** Two-wheelers costing up to Rs. 3 Lakh, with 3000 units sale a month, selling in more than 1 region
** All Two-wheelers and four-wheelers have to be locally manufactured in India
** Nominees for Tech have been chosen by the Jury members

Eligibility Criteria For Participants :
** The participant has to be an Indian Citizen
** Age of the participant has to be over 18 years
** Participants can vote from multiple gadgets
** Participants or relatives of participants in any way associated to the winning brand will not be eligible for the prize
** Gift tax will need to be paid by the winning participants
** Respective OEMs will only cover the ex-showroom price of the vehicle that is given to the winners Rules Of Participation

Rules Of Participation for Acko Drive TOTM Viewers Choice Awards

** Participants can vote for the four-wheeler, two-wheeler, Tech of their choice from the list provided on the Acko Drive website. By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.

** The winners will be chosen by the Acko Drive Team, randomly, from amongst the entries received.
** The nominees for the Viewers’ Choice category are subject to the Car/two-wheeler manufacturers agreeing to provide the said vehicles to the winner.
** The prize for the winning Participants will be the car/motorcycle/scooter that receive maximum votes.

** The discretion of shortlisting the winners lies solely with Acko Drive and it cannot be challenged under any circumstance. The decision of Acko Drive in this matter will be final and binding and no questions, correspondence, enquiries, etc. on the manner of the selection and the Contest itself from any party whatsoever will be entertained.

** The winner with the maximum voting shall be declared on the Acko Drive awards show. The details of the prize disbursement shall be separately intimated to the winner either through a phone call or email.

Acko Drive holds the right to publish the participant’s names or use their posts and videos for its promotional activities through any medium/channel. The participant agrees that Acko Drive shall not be under any obligation‘ under any circumstances‘ to pay to the participant any money towards the usage of the posts and videos shared by the participant.

** An online entry will be considered only when it reaches the Acko Drive system (not when it was sent by the Participant). Acko Drive shall not be liable to consider any entry which has not been received in the Acko Drive system. No claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.

** Participants are required to fill in their details on the voting page on which they can be subsequently contacted. Acko Drive reserves the right to exchange, share or provide the information relating to your personal details and information with other group companies of Acko Drive or statutory bodies as and when required.

** Acko Drive may use third-party service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that are generally non-negotiable. Acko Drive may be unable to impose contractual obligations on them with respect to the measures they use to protect Personal Information. Acko Drive shall not be responsible for the data security measures of any third parties.

** Any information that we collect from you/participant may be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to the following:
i. To improve our customer service.
ii. To send periodic emails that we believe may be of interest to you, unless you expressly choose to opt out of it.
iii. To conduct statistical analysis, quality assessment, audits, developing new products, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.
iv. To comply with applicable laws and legal processes.
v. To respond to requests from public or government authorities
vi. To protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, or that of our affiliates, service providers, you or others
vii. To allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain

** Acko Drive does not encourage and is not responsible for the misuse of any content. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, questionable content or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered. Acko Drive retains the right to remove all such objectionable content at its sole discretion without any intimation to the participant. Acko Drive retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

** Taxes and levies on the winnings as imposed by Central, State and Local government authorities including Gift Tax/Registration/Insurance will need to be paid by the winners and they are fully responsible in this regard for the same. The Contest Winner shall receive the prize only after all amount related to the taxes and levies have been settled.

** Participants acknowledge that the prize is sponsored and agree that Acko Drive will not be responsible for the same. Acko Drive accepts no responsibility for the quality of the prize. In case of any problems with the prize the winner will need to contact the manufacturer directly for the same.

** The winner will also be required to send (by post or email) copies of the following documents to Acko
i) Drive(Identification documents) before being entitled to receive the signed photographs
ii) Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voters ID Card etc.)
iii) Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof)
iv) Copy of PAN
