Cyber Security Awareness Campaign Painting Competition by NIELIT Kohima. Eligibility of Painting Competition

The competition comprises two categories:
a. Category I: Participants below 18 years
b. Category II: Participants 18 years and above

Theme of Painting Competition

Posters should advocate awareness about cyber security based on the specified theme.
a. Category I Theme: “Cyberbullying”
b. Category II Theme: “Social Engineering”

Prizes of Painting Competition

Prizes for Winners in Specified Categories:
a. 1st Prize: Certificate + Electronics gadgets worth ₹5,000
b. 2nd Prize: Certificate + Electronics gadgets worth ₹3,000
c. 3rd Prize: Certificate + Electronics gadgets worth ₹2,000

Terms and Conditions of Painting Competition

Design: Painting must be visually appealing, incorporating creative and engaging elements such as images, infographics, and typography. They should be legible from a distance and easy to comprehend.
Size and Format: The Scan copy of the painting in A4 size must be submitted in high- resolution PDF or JPEG format.
Originality: Entries must be the original work of participants and should not have been previously published or submitted to other contests or exhibitions.
Content: Painting must refrain from containing offensive or inappropriate content, including hate speech, obscenity, or violence.
Submission Guidelines: Each participant is allowed one entry through the ICSAS App, adhering to the specified dimensions and format along with an age proof document. Submissions must be received by the designated deadline.
Judging: Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, clarity, relevance to the theme, and effectiveness in conveying the message.
Intellectual Property: Participants, by submitting their entry, grants the intellectual Property of their painting to the organizers.
Disqualification: Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest rules or is deemed inappropriate.
Contest Modifications: Contest organizers reserve the right to modify contest rules, submission guidelines, and judging criteria at any time.
