Process of Summer Carnival Contest

** All consumers must follow the full process of the contest to be eligible for this contest.
a. Consumer to register on XXXXXXXXXXXXX by filling their details in the given form.
b. Consumer to opt-in / sign up for Pluxee at their respective organizations.

** The lucky draw will be announced on a weekly & month monthly basis during the Contest Period and the Consumers will be eligible for all the lucky draw who have enrolled for Pluxee during the period from 1st March’24 till the date of the lucky draw (excluding the consumers who are already winners).

Prizes of Summer Carnival Contest

Winners to be chosen through lucky draw and announced at the following frequency:
a. Gift Card Winners (funtastic Friday) – Weekly
b. Phones – Monthly
c. Earpods – Monthly
d. Car – July’24

Selection of Winners for Summer Carnival Contest

** Winners will be notified via email and will be contacted for further details regarding dispatching the prize to them.

** Pluxee will need the following details from the Reward winners (Phones, ear pods & Car) to dispatch your reward.
i. All winners will need to pay 30% TDS of the reward value. This is in adherence of Gifting tax policy of Income Tax Section 194B.
ii. All winners will need to share their PAN number for verification on the NSDL portal.
iii. Post receiving the TDS chalan, Pluxee will verify the same on the NSDL portal. Upon successful verification the reward will be dispatched.
iv. Delivery address of the winner
v. Those who do not follow the above steps regarding payment of TDS will forfeit their right to the rewards announced as part of this contest.
vi. Pluxee will provide the TDS certificate to the winning consumer for claiming Tax rebate during ITR filing.

** Winners of Gift Cards will receive the card amount post TDS deduction.
** Winners will be selected by Pluxee through lucky draw. Pluxee’s decision with respect to all matters related to the contest will be final and binding to all participants.
** Product quality and warranties would be the responsibility of the manufacturer and all claims regarding the same should be addressed to the manufacturer.

Terms And Conditions of Summer Carnival Contest

1. In case Pluxee is unable to contact the winner due to any reason or vice versa for more than a month, the winner shall not be entitled to receive the prize. Thereafter, Pluxee shall not be entitled to give the gift and will not make any further efforts to contact them.

2. Prizes are neither exchangeable for cash, nor transferable and will be given to the winners who are able to satisfy the requirements for claiming the prize set out therein.
3. Pluxee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice to the winner.
4. Pluxee shall not be liable for prizes damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery of the prizes.

5. Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable by them because of winning or using any prize. Winners should agree to indemnify and keep Pluxee sufficiently indemnified against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities.

6. Participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this contest and/or from redemption of the prizes.

7. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event will Pluxee or any of its officers, employees and / or agents be liable for any loss or damages (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or good will or indirect, incidental, consequential exemplary, punitive, or special damages of any party) howsoever arising whether in contract, or otherwise in connection with the contest.

8. Pluxee reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest at any time during the contest period without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt cancellation, termination, or suspension of the contest, shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against Pluxee for any or all loss or damage suffered, or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection with cancellation, termination, or suspension of the offer.

9. Pluxee reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add, or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time without prior notice.
10. Pluxee decisions on all matters relating to this contest including the determination of the eligible participants are final, conclusive, and binding and no further correspondences or attempt to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
11. Pluxee shall not be liable for any default in respect of this contest due to any act of GOD, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, flood, fire, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Pluxee.

12. Pluxee is free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any information details of this scheme to third parties without limitation. Pluxee reserves the right to publish the photograph and/ or name of the winner in contest materials and advertisements as it deems fit.

13. The Consumer’s personal information is subject to these terms and conditions and Pluxee Privacy Policy which is available on www.pluxee.in
14. Pluxee may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents for the purpose of discharging its obligation.
15. Any dispute with regards to this contest is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
