What is Slogan Writing Contest for GOV.IN AppStore?
C-DAC Mumbai, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with MyGov is organizing GOV.IN AppStore slogan Contest that communicates the essence and spirit of the National m Seva AppStore. This is a secure and trusted ecosystem for mobile apps. The In-house testing process is reliable and makes developers aware about the security glitches in the app. The entire process of testing and hosting apps is free of cost. The Slogan entry must be submitted in a “SLOGAN-Your Name.docx/.doc/. Pdf” Format with your contact details. Last Date of contest is 05th April 2024.
Objectives of Slogan Writing Contest for GOV.IN AppStore
The main objectives of the slogan writing competition are to:
1. Create awareness among the developers and citizens about GOV.IN AppStore (apps.mgov.gov.in)
2. Promote an understanding of the relevance of the focus areas.
3. Encourage citizens to creatively express their ideas on secured app hosting platform, in making India self-reliant.
Technical Parameters of Slogan Writing Contest
1. The slogan should be original.
2. It should be simple in language and can be in both English and Hindi.
3. The slogan should be grammatically correct and in short sentences with a word limit of 10 words.
4. The slogan should bring the thrust areas of Atmanirbhar Bharat Mission.
5. Only one slogan may be prepared per candidate.
Selection Process of Slogan Writing Contest for GOV.IN AppStore
1. The Slogan entry must be submitted in a “SLOGAN-Your Name.docx/.doc/. Pdf” Format with your contact details.
2. Any deviation from the said specification shall be liable to disqualify.
3. All the entries shall be scrutinized and short-listed based on the best concept, correct format, and creative imagination used, by a selection committee.
Gratifications of Slogan Writing Contest for GOV.IN AppStore
The top 5 winners will be rewarded with a cash prize of ₹5000/- each.
Terms and Conditions of Slogan Writing Contest for GOV.IN AppStore
1. This competition is open to all the citizens of India.
2. Participants should make sure that his/ her MyGov profile is accurate and updated for further communication. This includes details such as name, country declaration, complete postal address, email ID, phone number, etc. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
3. The entry is required to be submitted on the MyGov portal. The document shall comprise the Slogan in “bold letters” with your Contact details, a passport-size photo, and an Aadhaar Number for verification purposes. The contact details shall not be revealed to any external party until the selection process is completed.
4. The selected slogan will further be used to promote GOV.IN AppStore awareness.
5. The slogan can be submitted in either English or Hindi.
6. The slogan should be typed, and font size should not be less than 12.
7. Participants can take part in the contest by registering on MyGov (www.mygov.in)
8. Copyrights will solely be with C-DAC Mumbai once submitted for the competition.
9. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriatecontent.
10.The winners must share their consent to the use of their names in any publicity carried out by C-DAC Mumbai without further compensation.
11.There will be no notification to participants of entries not selected as winners.
12.All entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, originality, and composition by the C-DAC Mumbai
13.C-DAC Mumbai and MyGov reserves the right to reject any entry, which it does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
14.C-DAC Mumbai and MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/Evaluation Criteria and withdraw the activity at any time. The participants are solely responsible for keeping themselves updated regarding the same.
15. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform.
16. Entries must be made by the closing date and in the manner set out in the Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
17. C-DAC Mumbai and MyGov accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury of any kind suffered by any participants in entering the contest, including because of any participant winning or not winning any.
18. In case of any dispute, the jury’s decision will be final.
19. C-DAC Mumbai and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for lost entries, late or incomplete, or not transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw from the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
