What is KitKat Chance to Win iPhone Contest?

KitKat Chance to Win iPhone Promo Consumer Benefit Program for voluntary participation of consumers is sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited. This Program will be open to all the residents of India. The Participant shall be above the age of 18 years. The Program is applicable on specific pack of KITKAT 2 Fingers only. The Program is valid only in India from 10/03/2024 to 23/04/2024.

Eligibility of KitKat Chance to Win iPhone

** This Program will be open to all the residents of India excluding the phone numbers belonging to the employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Nestlé India and the Agency.
** The Participant shall be above the age of 18 years.

** Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Nestlé India or the Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.

** The Program is valid only in India from 10/03/2024 to 23/04/2024 (both dates inclusive) (herein after referred as “Program Period”). The Program is valid throughout. Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to Citizens of India only. Any entry for the Program after April 23rd, 2024, shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.

Program Timings of KitKat Chance to Win iPhone

** The Participants who send the valid and correct SMS between 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM (here in after referred as “Program Timings”) during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the SMS mode of participation at Agency’s computer system.
** Entries coming outside the Program Period & Program Timings will not be considered and will be rejected summarily.
** The Program is applicable on specific pack of KITKAT 2 Fingers only (Program Pack)

Prize of KitKat Chance to Win iPhone

Participants will get a chance to win below prizes:
iPhone 15 (128 GB) on purchase of KITKAT 2 Fingers

** Winners will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection for participants from rest of India except Tamil Nadu and For Participants from Tamil Nadu, one winner will be selected at the end of the program period for each of the SKUs via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants to the Agency appointed by Nestlé India.

** NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency does not hold any responsibility of the quality of the product delivered. For any queries, winner will be required to visit Apple authorised service centres and response shared by the service centre advisors will be considered as valid and final. No queries on this will be entertained at any time.

How to Participate in the KitKat Chance to Win iPhone?

** Customer sees the offer on the pack and participate by sharing the SMS in the format prescribed on the pack.
** As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with Lot Number printed under the seal at the back of the Promo Pack laminate from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g., KITKAT<space>LOT NO. to 6262642222.
** ROI Customer – the customer will get the confirmatory SMS and the entry will get included for the daily draw and an auto SMS of participation goes to the customer.
** TN Customers – the user gets a question to answer by following the format prescribed on the pack i.e., KITKATIPHONE<space>Answer to 6262642222.
** Winner – 1 winner daily for iPhone to be taken out for ROI and only 1 winner from the entire pool of offer period for TN
** 10th March Winners – We shall include unique mobile numbers from 20th Feb till 10th March to take out winners for 10th March.
** Selected Winners for KITKAT 2 Fingers will receive Congratulation SMS with link to fill in KYC details to claim winning prize.
** Post successful KYC verification, winner will receive iPhone 15 (128 GB) for KITKAT 2 Fingers 18.5g

Winner Selection of KitKat Chance to Win iPhone

** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for ROI customers and for Tamil Nadu, one winner will be selected at the end of the program period via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants.

** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency.
** Participants have a chance to win maximum 1 (one) prize and 1 time only from a single mobile number, email id and house address during the campaign period given above.

** Nestlé India Ltd. and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.
