What is R2kademy Mega Talent Quest?

Mega Talent Quest 2024 is organized by R2kademy & Students Dream Box Academy. Students of Classes LKG to 12th can participate in the competition. Registration fee per competition per participant is Rs.199 only. All participants will receive certificates & Medals. Winner & Runner will be awareded with a Trophy. Result announcement & Award Felicitation on same day. Last Date of Contest is 12th April 2024.

COLORFUL XPRESSIONS (Duration: 45 minutes)

Challengers – Grade 3 & 4 – Fantasy Landscapes
Dynamos – Grade 5 & 6 – Cultural Diversity

VOICE YOUR THOUGHTS (Duration: 5 minutes)

Registration for Mega Talent Quest

** Registration is mandatory using this registration link
** Registration ends on 12th April 2024
** Registration fee per competition per participant is Rs.199 only
** 25% discount on the registration fee for more than 2 competition entries per participant
** Payment is to be done online. UPI ID will be shared.

Notes :
** Pay registration fee per participant using UPI ID (contact us for UPI ID before submitting this form)
** Share the payment transaction details to the Whatsapp number : +91 9384666900 (While sharing the transaction details, pls mention the registered phone number & Studentname which is filled out in the form)

Certificates & Awards of Mega Talent Quest

** All the participants will receive a Medal & Certificate on the same day.
** Result announcement with Award Felicitation will be held on the same day at 06:00 pm
** Winner & Runner will receive a Trophy on Award Felicitation for each category.

Safety:
** General safety measures are in place. Participants are responsible for their safety.
** BOW – Bring your Own water bottle. Water stations are available for refilling.
** If any participant is sick, request not to participate as a safety measure and wear a mask in case of a slight cold, cough, or related illness.

Reporting :
** Competition timings 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (lunch time will be provided)
** BOL – Bring your Own Lunch, those who will be attending multiple competitions.
** Report on the date of competition with respective to your group & batches (batch timings will be communicated 2 days before the competition date)
** Participants should bring their school ID card for verification.
** The Academy won’t give any extra time for delayed reporting and is not responsible for non-participation.

Instructions of Mega Talent Quest

Colorful Xpression :
a) A4 size Chart / Colouring sheets will be given by the academy.
b) All the drawing materials including the writing pad to be brought by the participants.
c) Any type of Crayons/Colour Pencils/Pencil Art/Sketches (any colour pen types) are allowed.
d) Any Liquid form colouring/paintings are not allowed.

State Your Thoughtsb :
a) Writing pad & stationeries to be brought by the participants.
b) Pencil, Blue & Black pen only to be used for writing/highlighting/underlining.
c) 2nos. A4 size sheets (unruled) will be given by the academy.
d) Single-side writing.
e) Additional sheets will be provided to participants if required.

** 3.For all competitions Reference materials, Gadgets, etc. are not allowed inside the competition hall.
** Participants should mention their Registration ID on the back of the sheet for the Colourful Xperssions and State Your Thoughts competition (for Colouring category kids our team will help in filling out details)
** Participants are requested to showcase their talent related to their category theme only.

Note to Parents/Guardians:
** Only participants are allowed inside the competition hall.
** Any special attention for any children to be communicated to the organiser before the registration.
** We have a limited waiting area for parents/guardians. Preference to Grandparents, Physically challenged, and pregnant women to accommodate in the available space.
** Parents/Guardians can enjoy the waiting time with yummy pastries/coffee/chai/snacks/ at the nearest outlets
** Parents/Guardians are requested to drop off and pick up their children as per the time slot shared.
** No exclusive parking area. Vehicle Parking should not be parked by hindering any road/vehicle movements. The academy is not responsible for providing parking space.
** Govt. Municipal parking is available near our venue. Parents can check and park their vehicle at their own risk based on space availability (charges may be applicable)
