Eligibility of Win RCB Team Merchandise & Match Tickets

** The Raffle is open to legal residents of India (“Eligible Countries”) who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entering the Raffle.
** Each Participant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements in Clause 2.1 (the “Eligibility Requirements”).
** Employees, officers, directors and agents of Qatar Airways, each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children, grandparents, cousins, etc.) and household members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.

Agreement to rules:
** All Participants must comply with and accept these Official Rules. All interpretations of these Official Rules by Qatar Airways are final. Qatar Airways reserves the right to change or otherwise withdraw the Raffle at any time without prior written notice to the Participants.

** Qatar Airways shall have no liabilities whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by Participants or any person including third party claims, however they arise, whether direct, indirect, consequential or other damages resulting from or in relation to this Raffle; By participating in the Raffle, you agree to these Official Rules and that all interpretations of these Official Rules by Qatar Airways are final as permitted by law.

Raffle Period of Win RCB Team Merchandise & Match Tickets

This Raffle commences on 15th March, 2024 at 09:00AM (India time). Raffle will end on 10th April 2024 at 11:59 PM (India time), or any extended date which the Sponsor may in its sole discretion decide (“Raffle Period”).

How to participate in the Raffle?

** NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.

** Online Participation: The contest will be promoted through digital channels by Qatar Airways.
i) Participants must register for the Student Club and use the promo code QRSCRCB when registering on the Qatar Airways Student Club form.
ii) Participants must register for the Privilege Club and use the promo code QRPCRCB when registering on the Qatar Airways Privilege Club form.

You must meet the eligibility requirements stated in Clause 2 and can enter the Raffle during its Period before the deadline stated in sub-clause 4.1 by following this step:
Step 1:
** Participants enrolling for Privilege Club will need to enter the competition via https://www.qatarairways.com/en-in/Privilege-Club/join-now.html?promoCode=QRPCRCB, complete and successfully submit all mandatory fields of the entry form (No purchase necessary)

** Participants enrolling for Student Club will need to enter the competition via https://www.qatarairways.com/en-in/Privilege-Club/student-club-join-now.html?promoCode=QRSCRCB, complete and successfully submit all mandatory fields of the entry form (No purchase necessary)

** Once the promotion is over, a draw will be made among new subscribers to the Student Club and Privilege Club through a computerised random draw and 5 lucky winners will be selected to win RCB team merchandise or RCB match tickets.

** You may enter the Raffle only once. Each registration will be considered as one (1) entry in the Raffle (“Entry”). You may register only once.

Prizes of Win RCB Team Merchandise & Match Tickets

Subject to the Prize restrictions stated in clause 8 below, and the eligibility and entry requirements stated in clauses 2 and 5 above, 5 confirmed lucky winners will win the Grand Prize:
Grand Prize: 5 lucky winners will win grand prize comprising of the following:
** RCB team merchandise OR
** RCB match tickets home/away

Winners Selection of Win RCB Team Merchandise & Match Tickets

1. The raffle will end on 10th April 2024 and winners will be declared in the consecutive week, the entries of the qualifying Participants who have successfully performed steps set out in clause 5 will be placed into a computerised random draw. Five (5) potential winners will be selected (a “Potential Winner”).

2. The Winner will be sent a prize announcement through an email or call. The Winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to the Prize Announcement.
3. Qatar Airways will request verification of the Winner’s age, identity, email address and residential address.

4. If a Potential Winner:
(i) does not meet the Eligibility Requirements;
(ii) does not respond to the Prize Announcement within the period specified in this sub-clause by the Sponsor;
(iii) does not wish to receive a Prize;
(iv) refuses or fails to provide valid ID proof;
will be disqualified,

5. That Potential Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner will be drawn.

In this case, the process in sub-clauses 2- 5 will be repeated. If the replacement Winner is also not awarded a Prize for any of the reasons set out in this sub-clause 5, then at Qatar Airways’ discretion, the Prize in question may be completely forfeited (i.e. no replacement winner will be chosen), or the process in clauses 2-5 may be repeated.
