What is Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest?

“Dabur Glucoplus-C” Contest for consumers is sponsored and launched by Dabur India Limited. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of participants from Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Each participant is allowed to enter once per month using a mobile number throughout the duration of the contest. Participants will enter a unique code (code will be mentioned inside the flap of promotional Dabur Glucoplus-C mono-carton) along with other details to submit their registration. The contest is valid only in India from 18/03/2024 to 18/09/2024.

Eligibility of Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest

a. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of participants from Tamil Nadu and Telangana, employees, their immediate family members of Dabur and the Partner agency.
b. Participant must be a natural person and competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable law of India.
c. This contest is open for adults above 18 years at the time participating in the contest or a or minors with the supervision of his/her parents/legal guardians can participate

d. Dabur or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Dabur or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.

e. Dabur reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant from the Contest on grounds of:
** acting or having the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith.
** Dabur shall have the right to cancel multiple entries at its sole discretion.
** Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.
** Acting in violation of these T&Cs of this Contest.
** Entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable, or against the ethos and principles of Dabur or which may be considered disparaging.
** For any other reasons deemed fit and proper by Dabur.

Period & Timings of Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest

a. The contest will commence from 12.00:01 AM on 18/03/2024 to 11:59:59 PM on 18/09/2024.
b. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the Online mode of participation at the Contest Website.
c. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
d. The contest shall run on the following SKUs of Dabur: Dabur Glucoplus-C

Prizes of Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest

a. During the Contest Period, 1005 winners will be selected for Prizes for a contest period of 180 days as per the prizes given below.
i. 800 winners will be selected from Pan India excluding Tamil Nadu and Telangana to win Sports Cap worth Rs 599
ii. 200 winners will be selected from Pan India excluding Tamil Nadu and Telangana to win Cricket Bat worth Rs 1950
iii. 5 winners will be selected from Pan India excluding Tamil Nadu and Telangana to win Cricket Kit worth Rs 9999

How to Participate in the Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest?

a. Each participant is allowed to enter once per month using a mobile number throughout the duration of the contest
b. Participants will be required to register on the contest website www.daburglucoplus.bigcityexperience.com during the contest period.
c. Participants will enter a unique code (code will be mentioned inside the flap of promotional Dabur Glucoplus-C mono-carton) along with other details to submit their registration.

d. Dabur and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages
ii. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
iii. For any SMS message delivery failures
iv. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
v. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ – Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
vi. Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
vii. Any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.
viii. Injury or damage to Participants’ computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
ix. If the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Contest link/technical requirements.
x. If the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/the Participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/Participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific contests
xi. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Selection of Dabur Glucoplus-C Contest

a. Any participant can win only once during the contest period with the same mobile number and email ID.
b. From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 1005 winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”).
c. Winners will be selected by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
d. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Dabur.

e. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time and manner, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be provided. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be altered.

f. Unclaimed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for other goods or services or exchanged for cash.

g. The Prize (including any merchandise) is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of quality, suitability, or comfort or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Dabur and/or Partner Agency shall not be liable for any kind of defect or deficiency in the Prize. If any Winner has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Winner shall directly contact the manufacturer or supplier.

h. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.

i. Dabur or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Dabur or its Partner Agency, and under no circumstances, Dabur shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

j. Any participant of the contest who wins any one of the prizes during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
k. The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique Code + Unique mobile number.
