Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry, is a specialized identification system designed for all students in India. This initiative is part of the ‘One Nation, One Student ID’ program launched by the Union government. The competition is open for all citizens of India. The logo design must be original. Gratification of Rs.50,000/- to incentivize the winner. Last Date of Contest is 31st May 2024.

Eligibility of APAAR Logo Design Contest

** The competition is open for all citizens of India.
** Gratification of Rs.50,000/- to incentivize the winner
** Entries must be original works by the creator.

What is APPAR?

** APAAR assigns a unique and permanent 12-digit ID to every student, offering a comprehensive record of their academic achievements, including degrees, scholarships, awards, and other credits.
** This identifier remains with the student throughout their career, fostering not only a seamless transition from one level of education to another but beyond, while undergoing re-skilling and up-skilling throughout their life.
** In light of this, Ministry of Education, in collaboration with NeGD and MyGov invites talented individuals in creating a meaningful logo that represents the essence of the project.

Terms and Conditions of APAAR Logo Design Contest

** It should be ensured that the uploaded logo is clearly visible along with the text and graphics/ image.
** Participant needs to register themselves on www.mygov.in portal for participating in the contest.
** Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.
** One participant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.

** Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost/ late/ incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

** In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the contest at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.

** The logo design must be original and should not violate Copyright and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party. MyGov, MoE & NeGD does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.

** The winning and special mention entries/ logos would be the intellectual property of the MyGov, MoE & NeGD and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
** The Submissions shall not comprise any illegal, offensive, objectionable, or inappropriate content or political overtones.
** The winning and special mention entries/ logos can be used by the Ministry of Education for promotional and display purposes, IEC (Information, Education and Communication) materials and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
** The outcome of the adjudication process would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants or any decision.
** By participating in the contest, a participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

** Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the contest or the Organizers or partners of the competition. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.

** The decision of the committee will be final and binding to all the entries and no requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
