What is Stick With Nick Contest?

Stick With Nick Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited. The Contest is open to be permanent resident of India. A Participant is required to watch the Channel every Monday – Sunday from 09:30 AM. till 06:30 P.M. during the Contest Period. Participate and Win Nickelodeon Hamper (Approximately INR 8,000/- to INR 15,000/-). Last Date of contest is 23rd June 2024.

Eligibility of Stick With Nick Contest

The Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall as on May 27, 2024:
** Be between the ages of 4 years to 14 years;
** have a valid proof for Indian citizenship;
** be permanent resident of India;
** be viewers of the channel “Nick” (“Channel”); and
** be a mobile/landline subscriber of Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Jio, and Tata etc. (“Service Provider”).

** The Contest shall be held on an hourly basis every Monday to Sunday (“Hourly Contest”) commencing on 27th May 2024, at 09:30 AM. and shall conclude on 23rd June 2024, at 06:30 P.M. or any other date or time as decided by the Organizer.

** The Contest Period shall commence at 09:30 A.M. on that day, and shall be conducted every hour until its end at 06:30 P.M. on the same day (“Daily Contest Period”).

Modes of Participation in the Stick With Nick Contest

To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to do all of the following:
** A Participant is required to watch the Channel every Monday – Sunday from 09:30 AM. till 06:30 P.M. during the Contest Period.
** Spot the unique toll-free number (“Unique Contest Number”) which will be flashed/featured on the Channel at random intervals during that Daily Contest Period for each Hourly Contest.
** Give a missed call on the Unique Contest Number flashed during the Contest Period for each Hourly Contest.

** An entry will be considered valid only if the
(a) Participant has given the missed call on the Unique Contest Number during that particular Hourly Contest during the Daily Contest Period, from a valid landline/mobile number registered with Service Provider, and
(b) Participant has strictly complied with the Contest terms and conditions
(c) Participant have provided mandatory consents as required by Organizer (“Contest Entry”)

** Organizer may send a push SMS to the Participant for their participation in the Contest, and if so, sent by Organizer, Participant hereby acknowledges, and willfully consents to receiving such push SMS.

Shortlisted Participants for Stick With Nick Contest

** At the end of each Daily Contest Period, from amongst the Participants who have submitted a valid Contest Entry for each Hourly Contest, the Organizer shall select, and shortlist one (1) telephone/mobile number from which there has been most number of missed calls made to the Unique Mobile Number for that particular Hourly Contest, as determined by the Organizer, in its sole discretion One (1) such telephone/mobile number shall be selected every hour from each Hourly Contest conducted during the Daily Contest Period thereby resulting in a total of 252 (two hundred fifty two) such telephone/mobile numbers being shortlisted.

** The Participants who’s telephone/mobile numbers are selected as per the aforementioned criteria shall be referred to as Shortlisted Participants, and shall be subject to further verification.

** In the event there is a tie between two participants, then the same shall be resolved by identifying the mobile/telephone number from which the Unique Contest Number has received most amount of calls first before the other mobile/telephone numbers for each Hourly Contest conducted during the Daily Contest Period during the Contest Period and the Participant owning such mobile/telephone number shall be considered as the Shortlisted Participant.

** Participation by Participant/Shortlisted Participant above 14 (fourteen) years shall be deemed for all purposes of this Contest, to be a participation done on behalf of an immediate family member who is within the age group of 4 (four) years to 14 (fourteen) years, a proof of which shall be provided to the Organizer, the validity of such proof shall be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.
