Pureheart Cashback Offer Contest 2024 is organized by Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd. This scratch card entitles you to an assured cashback of up to Rs. 100. The value of the cashback won will be mentioned post-registration of your unique code on the promotional website. Participants/users from Tamil Nadu will be eligible to receive Rs. 35 Cashback. Only one unique code per booking will be entertained. Multiple unique codes cannot be booked together. Participate and Get assured cashback of upto Rs.100 and stand a chance to win exciting rewards. Pureheart Cashback Offer

1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Amazon Pay / Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a scratch card / unique code. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the scratch card (“Cashback Amount”).
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.

6. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

7. All Participants agree that payment processing partner offering any unique codes/vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the unique codes/vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of unique codes/vouchers by the Participants.

8. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes, if applicable may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the unique codes/voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

Merchandise Terms and Condition

1. Campaign Partner will ensure to supply product merchandise in good condition, However Campaign Partner & Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the Manufacturer / Distributor.

2. The operational part of the scheme like handling and distribution of Prize, shall be managed by the Campaign Partner. However, promo product (Mobile phone worth Rs. 9999) will be distributed by Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd.

3. Product will be delivered within 45 business days after the details have been confirmed by winner to Campaign Partner.
4. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch (intimated through E-mail/SMS) of the products by Campaign Partner

5. As a practice, courier companies try to deliver the product 2 times to the customer if at the first instance courier company couldn’t reach the customer for various of reasons such as (not limiting to) not at home, phone switched off, change of delivery address, wrong address etc.

6. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
7. Product once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
8. Campaign Partner will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
9. No request for change in color, size, model etc. will be entertained by Campaign Partner or Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd.
