What is MIRCHI Sunday Suspense Fan Art Contest?

“SUNDAY SUSPENSE FAN ART” Contest 2024 is organized by Entertainment Network (India) Limited through its brand “MIRCHI”. This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residents in only. To participate in the Contest, the participants shall post their artwork on their public social media profiles viz., YouTube channels, Facebook pages and Instagram pages owned and operated by ENIL and will tag Mirchi Social Media Handles. Last Date of Contest is 20th June 2024.

Eligibility of Sunday Suspense Fan Art Contest

** This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residents in only.
** The Contest shall commence at a on 6th June 2024 through 20th June 2024, (both days inclusive), between 5 p.m. (IST) up to 12 a.m. (IST) only (“Period of the Contest”).
** Only one entry per Participant is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification of the Participant for the Contest.
** Employees and family members/relatives of Company, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How to Participate in the Sunday Suspense Fan Art Contest?

** To participate in the Contest, the participants shall post their artwork on their public social media profiles viz., YouTube channels, Facebook pages and Instagram pages owned and operated by ENIL and will tag Mirchi Social Media Handles and use the relevant hashtags viz., #SundaySuspenseFanArtContest, #15yearsofSundaySuspense, #Sunday Suspense #SundaySuspenseFollowers #MirchiBangla #Gaanapodcasts

** Participants to give full details of their Name, permanent address, Income Tax PAN, Phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by the Company and it is to be understood that the Prizes will be given to the Winner only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents.

** The Contest will be promoted on Mirchi’s Social Media Handles or any other means deemed fit by Company at its sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions for Sunday Suspense Fan Art Contest

** Any entries sent beyond the Period will not be considered for the Contest.

** At the end of the Contest Period, Company shall select by a process of qualitative assessment of the entries/content shared by the Participants and received during the Contest Period and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

** The Winners selected shall be eligible to win the opportunity to have their artwork on the limited edition of official Sunday Suspense Mirchi page published on YouTube channels, Facebook pages and Instagram pages owned and operated by ENIL (“The Prize”).

** Company shall announce 3 number of winners through, Mirchi Bangla Social Media. The Winners shall also be intimated by personal text message on the number shared by the Participant.
** One message per Winner shall be sent out. The decision of the Management of the Company is final and no correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

** Only one attempt will be made to contact the Prize winner at the contact number available with Company, as mentioned above, thereafter the Prize shall lapse unconditionally and irrevocably without further notice in this regard at the sole discretion of Company and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever on the Prize.

** The Prize cannot be exchanged /redeemed for cash or any other non-monetary consideration and the Prize is not transferable.

** The Prize is subject to the laws of India and any taxes, levies and other statutory payments as applicable to it shall borne solely by the Winner and paid for by the Winner and shall be subject to deduction of taxes at source where applicable.

** Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle or guarantee any Participant a Prize. If the Winner is unable to pay the amount of taxes required, then the prize will lapse and may be given to any other Participant selected as Winner in place of original Winner.

** All expenses in connection with the Prize, if applicable, including without limitation insurance, incidental costs, taxes, service tax VAT, stamp duty, TDS, any levy any tax, registration fees, travel expense/costs shall be solely borne by the Prize Winner which the Prize Winner accepts without any demur or objection.
