KitKat Assured Cashback Promo Offer 2024 is organized by Nestlé India Limited. Participants must be citizen of India. This Program will be open to consumers only. During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to avail a 100 cashback by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code printed on the pack of KitKat 18.5g pack. Eligibility of KitKat Assured Cashback Promo

i. This Program will be open to consumers only.
ii. The Participant shall be above the age of 18 years.
iii. Participants must be citizen of India.
iv. Participants must have a valid UPI ID active on the mobile entered during participation.
v. Participants can enter the promo twice during the program period and once a week.
vi. Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions.

How to Get KitKat Assured Cashback?

1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their UPI.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Cashback. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the cashback.
3. These Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Nestle and/or its Agency, no claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
4. Participants can enter the promo twice during the program period and once in a week.
5. The customer will be responsible for entering UPI-linked Mobile Nos, etc. Nestle and/or its Agency will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website.
6. Nestle and/or its Agency will not be responsible for cashback failures due to any failure at the payment gateway or payment processing partner end.
7. The Payment Processing Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies.
8. In no event shall Nestle and/or its Agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the cashback including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
9. In no event shall the maximum liability of Nestle and/or its Agency exceed the value of the assured reward value of the cashback i.e. Rs. 20
10. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.

11. The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user’s identity.

12. The cashback will be processed on the UPI ID linked to the nominated UPI ID of the customer. No change in Mobile number will be permitted once the booking request is submitted. The cashback will not be sent to any alternate mobile number, or any other UPI ID linked to the mobile number.

13. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations

Terms and Conditions of KitKat Assured Cashback

i. The Program is valid only in India from 10th June 2024 to 10th August 2024 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “Program Period”).

ii. The Program is valid throughout India. Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to consumers only. Any entry for the Program after 60 days of the campaign end date shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.

iii. During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to avail a 100 cashback by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code printed on the pack of KitKat 18.5g pack. 1 cashback per week maximum 2 cashbacks per mobile number during the entire Program Period.

iv. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. Participants purchasing the Program Pack can participate only 1 time using an URC code. Only 1 participation per week and maximum of 2 participation are allowed for a particular mobile number.

v. Participant is eligible to get only 1 per week and maximum of 2 cashbacks from single mobile number during the program period described above.
vi. The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
vii. Regular call and message rates will apply as per the telecom operator of Participants in their respective circles.
viii. The Participants will need an internet connection to access the website link shared via the confirmatory SMS. Regular data rates will apply as per the telecom operator of Participants in their respective circle.
ix. Participant/s will have to enter their details like Name, email address, phone number, and Voucher Code only.
x. Nestlé India / its Agency reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
xi. The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of NESTLÉ India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertisement agencies and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
