What is Nick Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest?

#YogaSeHiHoga Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited. The Contest is open to all individual participant who must be permanent residents of India and be viewers of the channels Nick, Sonic, Nick Jr & Nick HD+. Upload your picture/video doing your favorite yoga aasan and stand a chance to get featured on TV! Last Date of Contest is 21st June 2024.

Eligibility of Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest

The Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall, as on June 14, 2023:
(i) be between the age group of 2 (two) years to 16 (sixteen) years (both included)
(ii) have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
(iii) be permanent residents of India;
(iv) be viewers of the channels Nick, Sonic, Nick Jr & Nick HD+ (“Channels”)

** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian. It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the Contest with the consent and assistance of their parents/guardians.

** The Contest shall commence on June 14, 2024 at 12.00 AM and shall conclude on June 21, 2024, at 11.59 hours or any other date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).

Modes of Participation for Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest

To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to do the following:
a) visit the website nickindia.com/yogasehihoga/ (“Contest Page”)
b) check the Contest communication on the Contest Page

c) upload on the Contest Page, a still image or video of the Participant doing their favorite Yoga pose/asaan (“Contest Entry”). The Contest Entry can be uploaded as per instructions provided under the Contest Page.
** If the Participant uploads a still image, then it shall be as per the following specifications and format viz. 1280 X 720 pixels, high resolution, horizontal or landscape, JPEG or PNG.
** If the Participant uploads a video, then it shall be as per the following specifications and format viz 1920 X 1080 pixels, high resolution, horizontal or landscape, MP4.

d) The Participant may also be required to provide details such as Participant’s name, age, city, contact number, email id in the form provided therein (“Form”). The Form and Contest Entry is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contest Submission”.

e) Thereafter, Participant is required to click on the ‘SUBMIT’ or such other button/option provided therein whereby the Contest Submission will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided on the Contest Page.

Selection of Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest

** At any time after the end of the Contest Period, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist maximum of 10 (ten) such Contest Submission which in the sole opinion of the Organizer are the best Contest Submission.
** The aforementioned Contest Submission shall be referred to as Shortlisted Contest Entry.
** The Participants who have submitted these Shortlisted Contest Entry shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participants. The Organizer may reach out to such Shortlisted Participant for further verification of documents.

Verification:
Before being considered and declared as a Winner, the Shortlisted Participant may be contacted anytime by Organizer on their e-mail id/contact number provided as determined by Organizer and such contacted Shortlisted Participant shall be required to immediately provide Organizer with such information (as asked for by the Organizer (including mobile number, e-mail address, residential address etc) and also the following documents immediately upon such request by Organizer:
a) PAN card
b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License
c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent
d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools
such other documents as may be required by the Organizer from time to time, in such manner as required by Organizer. It is hereby clarified that information and documents shall pertain to such Participant only and not of any other person.

Gratification of Yoga Se Hi Hoga Contest

As gratification/prize for this Contest, Winner’s Contest Entry will be featured as part of a video collage created, on either or all of the Channel(s) (defined earlier) and/or on the website nickindia.com/and/or on Organizer’s social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and/or on such other platform, as determined by Organizer at it’s sole discretion.
