What is Jio-bp Slogan Contest?

Slogan Contest 2024 is organized by Jio-bp Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. This Contest is open to Indian Citizens living in India only. This offer is applicable for purchase of minimum Rs.200/- worth of Petrol for 2/4 wheeler in the retail outlets located in the State of Tamil Nadu. Customer to write his choice of slogan on the back of the Invoice Receipt. Participation slogan should be submitted at the Jio-bp Retails Outlets. Last Date of Contest is 20th August 2024.

Eligibility of Slogan Contest

** This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only.
** Employees of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. and their families, RBML Dealers/ other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of RBML, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part.
** Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
** Offer commences on 10th June 2024 at 0601 Hrs and closes on 20th August 2024 at 0600 Hrs (referred to as “Offer Period”). Any entries received after 0600 Hrs on 20th August 2024 will not be considered.
** By entering this offer, you agree that the information and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by RBML for the administration of the Slogan contest.

How to Participate in the Slogan Contest?

** Customers purchasing Motor Spirit (Petrol) for 2/4wheeler worth Rs.200/- or more from Jio-bp Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) in a single bill printed from dispensing unit only (henceforth referred to as printed bill) / single e-receipt are eligible to participate in the offer.
** This offer is applicable for purchase of minimum Rs.200/- worth of Petrol for 2/4 wheeler in the retail outlets located in the State of Tamil Nadu.

** In order to avail this offer, a customer purchasing minimum Rs.200/- worth of Petrol for 2/4wheeler in a single printed bill / e-receipt should
a. Provide their mobile number at the time of fuelling to enter in the Slogan Contest to the fuel attendant
b. Customer to write his choice of slogan on the back of the Invoice Receipt and put it in the box provided at the forecourt
c. Participation slogan should be submitted at the Jio-bp Retails Outlets (Petrol Pumps) and the same cannot be submitted by mail, courier or by any other medium. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

** Participation with incomplete or incorrect details shall not be considered for the Slogan Contest
** Eligible Customer shall preserve and retain the copy of the Invoice and other necessary documents or digital communication in order to claim the reward, if his name is declared as a winner of the Slogan Contest.

Prizes for Slogan Contest

The prizes for Slogan Contest during the campaign are as below:

Minimum Purchase : Petrol worth Rs 200 and Above in a single fill
Prize Type | Prize Name
** Bumper Gold Voucher worth Rs 1,00,000 for 1 customer at each business state
** Weekly 1 Gold vouchers each worth Rs 15,000 per business state per week
** Daily Fuel purchase between Rs 200 to Rs 2500 per invoice → Free Fuel Voucher of Rs 50 with 3 winners per outlet redeemable on Petrol on the next fill
** Fuel purchase more than Rs 2500 per invoice → Free Fuel Voucher of Rs 500 with 1 winner per outlet redeemable on Petrol on the next fill

Winners Selection of Slogan Contest

** The customer will have to provide the OTP received on their mobile number and relevant KYC documents to claim the Slogan Contest prize
** The prizes would be decided through a process that would entail selection of the winning slogan from a collection of valid entries received. The daily winners will be declared on the T+3 day of the Slogan Contest
** The daily winner for free fuel vouchers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, the winner has to redeem the voucher within a period of 15 days.
** Bumper Prize shall be awarded to a slogan selected from amongst the slogans submitted by all the customers who have participated in the campaign for the scheme period.
** The weekly Slogan Contest winners will be notified through an SMS on their registered mobile numbers
** The Bumper Prize winners will be declared at the end of the scheme through the established selection process, the winners will receive a SMS on winning the bumper prize
** The selected Mobile Numbers would be contacted by our representatives / Officers for verification of original bill containing the details as per the winning entry sent by the contestant and further processing within 30 business working days from the date of draw.
** In case the mobile number has been changed/terminated/ blocked/out of reach etc. RBML will, thereafter, not be held liable for not being able to communicate/handover prizes to the winners.
** No queries/clarifications/suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which would be entirely at the discretion of RBML.
** The onus of payment of any statutory levies / taxes on the gift items shall rest solely on the prize winners.

** Winners have to provide the following documents for availing gift prize –
A) Copy of Pan Card of the winner and other relevant KYC document (Aadhar Card)
B) Indemnity bond / Undertaking from the winner on stamp paper of the appropriate value declaring that the tax paid is from his income under Section 194B of the Income Tax act and shall be declared in his annual return if applicable
C) DD/Cheque/cash/digital payment mode for other applicable charges as per state requirements if any.
D) Proof of Tax submission to RBML (Copy of DD / Cheque) if applicable. The amount of Tax to be determined on the basis of the gift value and the state/area where the winner is located.
E) Any other statutory requirement as applicable.
