What is Nickelodeon Spongebob 25th Birthday Contest?

SpongeBob25 Nickelodeon Spongebob 25th Birthday Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. The Contest is open to all individual participant who must be permanent residents of India and be viewers of the channels Nick, Sonic, Nick Jr & Nick HD+. Participants have to wish Spongebob on his 25th birthday in the most unique way by commenting on the Spongebob themed posts uploaded during the Contest Period on Nick India’s Instagram account. Last Date of Contest is 16th July 2024.

Eligibility of Spongebob 25th Birthday Contest

i. Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall as on May 12, 2024
** be between the age group of 5 years and 16 years (both inclusive)
** have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
** be permanent residents of India; and
** be viewers of the channels “Nick” and “Nick HD Plus” (“Channels”);
** shall have a valid personal Instagram is 13 (thirteen) years and above, participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian.
** It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the Contest with the consent and assistance of their parents/guardians.
** Employees (including their immediate family) of the Organizer, its affiliates and associates and sponsors, are not permitted to participate in the Contest.

ii. The Contest shall commence at 12.00 PM on July 13, 2024 and shall conclude at 11.59 PM on July 16, 2024 (both dates inclusive) or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).

Mode of Participation for SpongeBob25 Contest

** A Participant may participate in the Contest by following the below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):
** Participants have to wish Spongebob on his 25th birthday in the most unique way by commenting on the Spongebob themed posts uploaded during the Contest Period on Nick India’s Instagram account (URL: https://www.instagram.com/nickindiaofficial/) (“Contest Page”).
** Participants can only comment using their Personal Platform Account (“Contest Submission”)
** The Contest Submission can only be in the text format.
** Contest Submission will be considered as valid only if it has been submitted strictly in the manner provided in clause 4 above.
** By participating in the Contest, the Participant agree to be bound by any rules, regulations, guidelines or policies (“Rules“) associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.

Winners Selection of Spongebob 25th Birthday Contest

Selection of a Shortlisted Participant :
** At any time during or after the Contest Period, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist Contest Submission which in the sole opinion of the Organizer are the most unique, creative and best Contest Submission.
** The aforementioned entries shall be referred to as Shortlisted Contest Submission. The Participants who have submitted these Shortlisted Contest Submission shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participants.

** The Participant agrees and consents that the Organizer may at it’s sole discretion reach out to such Shortlisted Participant for telephonic verification and further verification of documents at any time after the Contest Period and the Participant hereby provides their express consent to the Organizer to use their telephone number and other documents for the purpose of shortlisting and contacting the Participants during or after the Contest Period.

** Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Organizers in this regard particularly with respect to the timelines for conducting the telephonic verification and document verification shall be final and binding and no questions shall be raised in this regard.

Verification:
** The Participant agrees and consents to be contacted anytime by Organizer (at Organizer’s sole discretion) on their e-mail id/contact number provided by the Participant before being considered and declared as a Winner as determined by Organizer.

** The Participants specifically consents that upon being shortlisted, he shall immediately provide Organizer with such information (as asked for by the Organizer (including mobile number, e-mail address, residential address etc) and also the following documents immediately upon such request by Organizer :
a) PAN card
b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License
c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent
d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools
such other documents as may be required by the Organizer from time to time for the purpose of the Contest, in such manner as required by Organizer.

** It is hereby clarified that information and documents shall pertain to such Participant only and not of any other person.

Gratification of Spongebob 25th Birthday Contest

** Subject to successful verification, as gratification/prize for this Contest, each Winner as declared by the Organizer would be eligible to receive 1 (one) Spongebob themed T-Shirt worth approximately INR 1,000/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) and 1 (one) fridge magnet worth approximately INR 100/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred only), subject to taxes, as per applicable laws of India.

** No questions or communications shall be entertained in this regard for any reason.
