What is Marvel Polo Cool Deadpool Contest?

Polo Cool Promo Deadpool Contest 2024 is organized by Marvel & Nestlé India Limited. Participant must be a citizen of India, residing in India. A participant can participate up to 2 times in the program and the participant can only win once. Winners will receive a congratulations SMS after completing the redemption process. The total winners during the campaign period will be 1152. Last Date of Contest is 31st August 2024.

Eligibility of Polo Cool Deadpool Contest

** Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The program is valid throughout India (except the State of Tamil Nadu).
** The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Nestlé India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the program(s) are not eligible to participate.
** Participants who are minors (below 18 years of age) are not allowed to participate in the program. Participants may have to share Age Proof as and when required from the participants.
** The program is valid only in India from 15/07/2024 to 31/08/2024 (herein after referred as “program period”) (both dates inclusive)
** The Program period starts from 15/07/2024 and shall be valid till 31/08/2024. If the customer has bought a pack before 15/07/2024, then the customer will not be eligible for participation in the program until the start of program period (15/07/2024). All participation prior to the program period and after the end date of the program period will be considered ineligible and will be summarily rejected.
** The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the program shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
** Nestlé India / its Agency reserves right to cancel / amend / extend the program period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

How to Participate in the Polo Deadpool Contest?

** To participate, the customer has to scan the QR code given on the pack.
** The Participants will be prompted with a microsite link theofferclub.com/pd and clicks on the register and fill details: Lot Number (mentioned on the side of the pack), Full Name, Mobile Number with OTP, Select if you are above 18 years, Select T&C & Privacy Policy.
** Customers will see Spin Wheel and will click on Press and Spin and spin the wheel to see the reward won. Post Spinning the wheel (only if won any merchandise), the customer must continue to submit his address for the delivery of the physical gift won: Name, Mobile Number (Autofill), select Alternate Mobile Number if any, OTP on alternate number, Email, Address, City, State, Pin code, Select T&C and Privacy Policy, Redeem .

Prizes of Polo Cool Deadpool Contest

During the Offer Period, the following total number of prizes will be given.
** 192 units of Boat Speakers- 4 winners of Speaker daily during the campaign.
** 384 units of Boat Air dopes. – 8 winners of Air dopes daily during the campaign.
** 576 units of Red wolf caps – 12 winners of Caps daily during the campaign.
The total winners during the campaign period (48 Days) will be 1152.

Terms & Conditions of Polo Deadpool Contest

** A participant can participate up to 2times (Valid participation) in the program and the participant can only win once.
** A participant can be declared a winner of the competition only once throughout the program period (as described above)
** In case a participant is a winner and is unable to fulfil the details to redeem the prize as provided below latest by 7th September 2024, they will forfeit their right to win the prize and can’t claim the reward under any circumstances.
** Merchandise cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer.
** Defective goods will be replaced if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
** 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of merchandise. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed.
** 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries made to any other person at the registered address other than the customer. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India or to un-serviceable Pin codes or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
** Gifts will be delivered to the participant within 21 business days depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays an SMS notification will be sent.
** To the extent permitted by law, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
** No change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order is placed.
** If the gift is Returned to Origin (RTO) due any reasons: Incomplete Address, Wrong Address, Wrong Pin code, Consignee is not available, customer refuses to receive, will not attempted and will be considered as forfeited.

Entries must inter alia comply with the following guidelines:
i. All Entries submitted must comply with the aforesaid described terms & conditions given on the program website.
ii. Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about Nestlé India, its customers or its products, or other people, products or companies.
iii. Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

** Entries are required to be submitted only according to the procedure described below. Entry submitted through any other mode/platform shall not be entertained. The decision of Nestlé India shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
