What is Nick Toast Your Dost Awards Contest?

#Toast Your Dost Awards Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited. The Contest is open to all individual participant who must be permanent residents of India. As one big ode to all the banter between friends, we thought it would be nice to award your friends with some special titles that the Nick toons put together. The best entries stand a chance to be featured on TV & Billboards. Last Date of Contest is 5th August 2024.

Eligibility of Toast Your Dost Awards Contest

The Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall, as on July 29, 2024:
(i) be between the age group of 2 (two) years to 16 (sixteen) years (both included)
(ii) have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
(iii) be permanent residents of India;
(iv) be viewers of the channel Nick (“Channel”)

** The Contest shall commence on July 29, 2024 at 10.00 AM and shall conclude on August 5, 2024 at 11.59 PM or any other date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Contest Entry/Contest Submission received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Modes of Participation for Toast Your Dost Awards Contest

To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to do the following:
a) visit the website www.nickindia.com and click on the Toast Your Dost button at the top of the page menu and by doing so Participant will land on the #ToastYourDost Awards page (“Contest Page”)
b) check the Contest description/instructions at the top on the Contest Page
c) browse through the various categories of awards along with the template options provided in the Contest Page, choose an award template of their choice basis their choice of award category (“Selected Award Template”) and thereafter click on the ‘Select’ button below the Selected Award Template.
d) on clicking ‘Select’ button, Participant will be directed to the form to be mandatorily filled in by the Participant in such manner as provided therein.
e) in the form, the Participant will be required to (i) provide details such as Participant’s name, e-mail id, contact number, Participant’s friends name, email id etc. and (ii) tell us in not more than 140 characters, why Participant wants to #ToastYourDost with the Selected Award Template (collectively referred to as “Form”).

** Read and click on the check-box provided in the Form and thereafter click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button or such other button/option provided therein whereby the Selected Award Template and Form will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided on the Contest Page.
** The Selected Award Template and the Form is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contest Submission”.

Selection Process of Toast Your Dost Awards Contest

Selection of a Shortlisted Participant:
** At any time during or after the end of the Contest Period, as determined by Organizer at it’s sole discretion, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist minimum 5 (five) such Contest Submission which in the sole opinion of the Organizer are the best Contest Entries/Submission.
** The aforementioned Contest Entries/Submission shall be referred to as Shortlisted Contest Entry. The Participant(s) who have submitted these Shortlisted Contest Entry shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participant(s) (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”). The Organizer may reach out to such Shortlisted Participant for further verification of documents.

Verification:
The Participants agree and consent that before being considered and declared as a Winner, the Shortlisted Participant may be contacted anytime by Organizer on their e-mail id/contact number provided as determined by Organizer and such contacted Shortlisted Participant shall be required to immediately provide Organizer with such information pertaining to them as asked for by the Organizer (including mobile number, e-mail address, residential address etc) and also the following documents immediately upon such request by Organizer:

a) PAN card b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools such other documents as may be required by the Organizer from time to time, in such manner as required by Organizer.
