“School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru” Contest 2024 is organized by Mrs. Bector’s Cremica. Participants must be a citizen of India, residing in India. A Participant can participate 10 times in the contest but can win maximum once. The Participants who send the valid and correct SMS during the Program Period (01/07/2023 to 31/08/2024) Between 9 AM to 9 PM are eligible to receive the program microsite. A Participant can be declared a winner of the program only once throughout the Program Period. Last Date of Contest is 31st August 2024.

Eligibility of School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru Contest

i. Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Program is valid in all states except Tamil Nadu.
ii. The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Cremica and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
iii. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, Reward will be disbursed to legal guardian / Parent. An undertaking, as well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed.
iv. The Program is valid only in India from 01/07/2024 to 31/08/2024 (herein after referred as “Program Period”)

How to Participate in the School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru?

** To participate, the lot number mentioned on the side of the pack must be sent via SMS to the number mentioned on the pack in the following format: CREMICA<space>LOT NO. to 7036185000. Upon successfully sending the details in the described format, the participant will receive a participation confirmation SMS.

** The participants are required to keep the pack with the Lot no. used for participation safe, as they may need to submit a copy of the pack with the visible winning code during KYC verification if they are shortlisted as a winner.
** Scientific randomizer will select 1 winner per minute who will receive cashback of Rs.20. Winners can redeem their cashback reward, Phone Phone Pay, Amazon Pay, UPI, NEFT.
** Winners will be receiving a congratulatory SMS along with the microsite link. User can select their preferred mode between PhonePe, Wallet, UPI, NEFT to get the cashback.
** Scientific randomizer will also select 1 winner every day, every week & every month who will receive smart watch, cycle & laptop respectively.
** Product winners will receive the congratulation SMS along with KYC link. On the link, winner needs to provide the address details to initiate the product dispatch.
** The Program will start at 00:09:01 AM on 1 st July, 2024 and end at 20:59:59 PM on 31 st August 2024. Any entries attempted and/or made before or after the prescribed/allotted Program duration will summarily be rejected.
** In case, the winner shares any wrong or incomplete information, reward will get forfeited & winner will not get the other chance to rectify it.
** The cashback winners need to claim their reward before 7 th September 2024 & the Daily, Weekly & Monthly winners need to submit their details before 30th September 2024 to get their reward.

** The Winners will be randomly selected (basis randomizer system). Winner will not be selected from the participating states only, as mentioned in Point-1 of Eligibility section above.
** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for every minute & everyday winner & every week for weekly & every month for & monthly winners.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Cremica or the Partner Agency.

8. I bought an Cremica Bourbon program pack before 1st July 2024. Am I eligible to participate in the program?
The program period starts from 1st July 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024 (both days inclusive). If you have participated using the Lot Number before 1st July 2024 you will not be eligible for participation in the program. However, you can use the Lot number on the wrapper to participate any day from the start of program period (1st July 2024) till end of program period 31st August 2024.

9. Can I participate in the program on Weekends or public holidays?
