What is BPL Special Onam Offer Contest?

Special Onam Offer Contest 2024 is organized by Reliance Retail Limited. Participant should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India. Participant must purchase BPL range of consumer electronics & large appliances as per the criteria from the stores To enter the Contest participants must send an SMS by writing ‘ BPL’ to the number ‘8652631525’. Last Date of Contest is 22nd September 2024.

Eligibility of Special Onam Offer Contest

You need to comply and fulfil the following eligibility criteria’s to enter the Contest:
** You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
** You have a billing address within the territory of India;
** You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and

** You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. Employees of Reliance, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Reliance affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter for Onam Contest?

** This Contest will be valid from 1st August’ 2024 from 12:00:01 am (IST) to 22nd September’ 2024 11:59:59 pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must purchase BPL range of consumer electronics & large appliances as per the criteria from the stores
** The Contest is valid only if the registration is completed within the campaign duration of the invoice date. Any registration completed after the campaign period will not be eligible for the Contest.
** To enter the Contest participants must send an SMS by writing ‘ BPL’ to the number ‘8652631525’. Each SMS sent to the specified number will be considered a single entry.
** Participants will receive a SMS on the mobile number with the link to share their details to participate.
** Standard SMS charges as per the participant’s mobile service provider will apply. Participants are responsible for any SMS charges incurred.

Winner Selection & Prize of Special Onam Contest

i. One Lucky Winner will be selected through random algorithm “LUCKY DRAW” who had registered for this Contest . (Refer to the PRIZE DRAWING) for the process.
ii. One Lucky winner stand a chance to win “Toyota urban cruiser hyryder Neo drive EMT (basic model)*” under the Campaign “Onam Contest”

iii. In the event that the winner does not claim the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize shall be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The right to claim the prize cannot be transferred by the participant to any other person. No cash alternatives or/ any alternative prizes are available.

iv. The images of the prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made. All images used to depict prizes are proprietary to the respective Brand/manufacturer.
v. The Gift “Toyota urban cruiser hyryder Neo drive EMT (basic model)*” (“Car”/”Prize”)would be borne by Reliance and the Car will be delivered subject to availability.
vi. The Car will be provided Ex-Showroom.
vii. Reliance reserves the right to substitute Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

viii. Other cost as mentioned below will be borne by the winner; and to paid before taking delivery
** Insurance
** Road Tax
** Registration Charges
** Other Statutory Levies charges
** All taxes, levies and charges on the prize/Gift will be borne by customer. Customer shall pay tax liability at 31.2% or prevailing rate of tax (as per applicable IT tax and/or any other law) and share the challan as proof of tax payment.
** The Winner shall be handed over the Car as per Reliance’s instructions and once the winner has fulfilled all the requirements the Car will be handed over directly by Reliance and Authorised Dealer through a venue decided by Reliance to the winner.
