KITKAT X Candy Crush Saga Contest 2024 is organized by Nestlé India Limited. The Program is valid only in India. The Program is applicable on specific pack of KITKAT 3 and 4 Fingers only. Consumers can participate by scanning the QR code printed on the Promo Pack. The Participants who register between 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program. Participants will win Samsung Z Flip5 Phone on purchase of KITKAT 4 Fingers only. Last Date of Contest is 22nd September 2024.

Eligibility of KITKAT X Candy Crush Saga Contest

** This Program will be open to all the residents of India.
** The Participant shall be above the age of 18 years.
** The Program period starts from 10th August 2024 and shall continue till 22nd September 2024 (inclusive of both dates).
** The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of NESTLÉ India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate in the KITKAT Candy Crush Saga Contest?

KITKAT 3 Fingers pack :
** Customer sees the offer on the pack and participate by scanning the QR prescribed on the pack.
** After scanning the QR code, the customer lands on the microsite theofferclub.com/rewards, and enter the lot number printed under the seal at the back of the Promo Pack laminate and submit.
** After Submit, the customer will directly land on the page to claim the Unlimited lives in Candy Crush.

KITKAT 4 Fingers Pack :
For Assured Prize:
** Customer sees the offer on the pack and participates by scanning the QR prescribed on the pack.
** After scanning the QR code, the customer lands on the microsite theofferclub.com/rewards, and enter the lot number printed under the seal at the back of the Promo Pack laminate and submit.
** For ROI- After Submit, the customer will fill basic details like Name, Mobile Number, OTP, Select State, confirm above 18 yrs, selects T&C and submit directly land on the page to claim the Unlimited lives in Candy Crush.
** For Tamil Nadu- After submit, the customer has to answers a question and proceed to claim the Unlimited lives in Candy Crush.
** Every valid participant of KitKat 4 Finger Pack will be considered for the lucky draw process.

For Lucky Draw:
** Winner – 1 winner daily for Samsung Z Flip5 Phone to be taken out for ROI and only 1 winner from the entire pool of offer period for Tamil Nadu.
** 10th August Winners – We shall include unique mobile numbers from 25th July till 10th August to take out winners for 10th August.

Winner Selection of KITKAT X Candy Crush Saga Contest

** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for ROI customers and for Tamil Nadu, one winner will be selected at the end of the program period via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency.
** Participants have a chance to win maximum 1 (one) prize and 1 time only from a single mobile number, email id and house address during the campaign period given above.
** Nestlé India Ltd. and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Contacting Winners :
** Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by Nestlé India shall process the confirmatory message with the unique code and microsite link to the registered mobile number within 48 working hours excluding public holidays and Saturday & Sundays.
** The winner list will also be published on the Program website.
** 2 round of SMSs broadcast and 1 round of call will be made to those shortlisted winners who are yet to share their details as per process defined in “How To Participate” (5.2) between10th August 2024 – 22nd September 2024. Last date to submit the details will be informed in the SMS copy.

Nestlé India at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all the following documents:
** PAN Card, Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, or similar government ID
** Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the lot number code.
** Winners will be required to furnish a proof of ownership of participating mobile number (Mobile bill or a letter from their Network service provider clearly stating the mobile number, their name, address etc.)
** Identification details (Name) on the identification document furnished should match the same on Mobile Bill / Letter furnished by network service provider.
** Eligibility will be scrutinized by the Agency, and they will contact the winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.
** In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Nestlé India / Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding.

** Lucky Winners will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection for participants from rest of India except Tamil Nadu and For Participants from Tamil Nadu, one winner will be selected at the end of the program period for each of the SKUs via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants to the Agency appointed by Nestlé India.
