What is All Rounder Sweet and Salty Dream Kitchen Contest?

Sunfeast All Rounder Sweet and Salty Dream Kitchen Contest 2024 is organized by by ITC Ltd. This Contest is open for all Indian citizens residing in India in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar and Tamil Nadu. The cashback can be redeemed on selected packs specifying the applicability of it in the range of its Product, Sunfeast All Rounder Sweet & Salty having MRP Rs. 5 of 34.2 g, MRP Rs. 10 of 68.4 g and MRP Rs.30 of 171 g. The Contest is valid only in India for a limited period of 60 (Sixty) days.

Eligibility of Sweet & Salty Dream Kitchen Contest

a. This Contest is open for all Indian citizens residing in India in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar (“Rest of India”) and Tamil Nadu:
i. who are eligible to enter into a contract under the laws of India;
ii. who are of age eighteen (18) years and above on the date of participating in the Contest.
iii. Only Indian citizens residing in India holding valid PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT or VOTER ID CARD for verification purpose shall be entitled to participate under this Contest.

b. The Contest is not open for the employees of ITC and BigCity, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our/ the BigCity’s affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies.

How to Participate in the Sweet & Salty Dream Kitchen Contest?

For Rest of India:
i. Step 1: Any Participant who has a Product and desires to participate, can scan the QR code printed on the Product or give a missed call on the number printed on the pack to get a link.
ii. Step 2: After scanning QR Code or accessing the link, the Participant will land on a whatsapp chat screen where they will be prompted with the option to accept the T&C of the contest or decline it. The consumer journey will end here if they decline the T&C.
iii. Step 3: Upon sharing consent to participate, Participant will then be presented with a list of states, upon which, they will select their state of purchase from a list.
iv. Step 4: Participants will then be prompted to enter the unique code printed on the pack to claim the assured cashback printed on the pack.
v. Step 5: Participants will then be prompted to select the mode of payment
vi. Step 6: After selecting their mode of payment, Participant will enter their UPI/NEFT details.
vii. Step 7: Participant will then receive the message, “Thank you for your details, you will receive your cashback within 24-48 business hours”.
viii. Step 8: Then Participant will be asked to answer a question and based on creativity, uniqueness and originality of the answer/entry, they will stand a chance to win Daily Prizes and Mega Rewards.
ix. Step 9: After answering the question creatively, Participant will receive the message- “Thank you for participating for All Rounder Dream kitchen contest. You also stand a chance to win a new modular kitchen or exciting kitchen appliances. We will contact you if you are a shortlisted winner.”
x. Step 10: This Contest is being organized on a “best effort” basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary.

For Tamil Nadu:

Step 4: The Participant will be prompted to select two options. Option 1 will be to claim the assured cashback. Option 2 will be to enter the dream kitchen contest
Step 5: After selecting Option 1, The Participant will then be prompted to enter the unique code printed on the pack to claim the assured cashback printed on the pack
Step 6: Participants will then be prompted to select the mode of payment
Step 7: After selecting their mode of payment, participant will enter their UPI/NEFT details.
Step 8: They will then receive the message, “Thank you for your details, you will receive your cashback within 24-48 business hours”.
Step 9: If they select option 2, to enter the contest, they will be asked the question “What makes you an All Rounder?”
Step 10: Then they will then receive Thank You Message: “Thank you for participating in Contest: If you have unique code from pack, you can claim assured cashback” with a prompt to collect assured cashback amounting to what is printed on the said pack.
Step 11: The consumer will then be prompted to enter the unique code printed on the pack to claim the assured cashback amounting to what is printed on the said pack.
Step 12: Consumer will then be prompted to select the mode of payment
Step 13: After selecting their mode of payment, consumer will enter their UPI/NEFT details.
Step 14: They will then receive the message, “Thank you for your details, you will receive your cashback within 24-48 business hours’’.

Prizes of Sweet and Salty Dream Kitchen Contest

a. For the purpose of this Contest:
i. “Winners” means Participants who have won any of the Daily Prizes or Mega reward. For avoidance of doubt, all Winners will be announced based on creativity, uniqueness and originality of their entry.
ii. “Prizes” means the Daily Prize(s) or Mega Reward(s), as the case may be, won by Participant(s), details of which are elaborated in Section b (i), (ii), below.

b. Prize & Rewards:
i. “Daily Prizes” means the prizes declared by BigCity for a particular day of the Contest Period, in accordance with terms hereof.
** The Winner would be the Participant who has completed the participation in the campaign and fulfill all eligibility criteria laid off herein in the terms and conditions, the definition of a day being 00:00:00 Hrs to 23:59:59 Hrs for every day in the Contest Period.
** Each Winner of a Daily Prize would be contacted via Call by the appointed agency i.e BigCity with provisions set out in Section 7 below. The mobile number entered by the Participant at the beginning of the game would be considered for this purpose.
** The winners will be selected based on creativity, uniqueness and originality of their entry.
** For Daily Prizes, winners will win one of the following merchandises at the discretion of ITC: Refrigerator/Washing Machine/Microwave/Gas Stove/Air fryer/Sandwich Maker/Sandwich Toaster/Electric kettle/Mixer Grinder/Juicer Mixer Grinder/Hand Blender).
** The winners cannot choose any of the prizes and the allocation would be made by BigCity/ITC only.

ii. “Mega Rewards’’ means the prizes declared by BigCity for a particular month of the Contest Period, in accordance with terms hereof.

** The Winner would be the Participant who has completed the participation in the campaign and fulfill all eligibility criteria laid off herein in the terms and conditions, the definition of a month being 00:00:00 Hrs of the 1st Day of the contest to 23:59:59 Hrs of the 30th day for every month in the Contest Period.

** Each Winner of a Mega Reward would be contacted via Call by the appointed agency i.e BigCity with provisions set out in Section 8 below. The mobile number entered by the Participant at the beginning of the game would be considered for this purpose. The winners will be selected based on creativity, uniqueness and originality of their entry.

For Mega Rewards, winners will be given 2 options of which they can choose one option as the Prize:
Option 1: The Winner can choose to avail a voucher from Home Interior Designs E-Commerce Private Limited (“Livspace”) worth Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs) which can be redeemed only at Livspace experience centres for modular offerings and furniture. The validity of the voucher is two months.

Option 2: The Winner can choose to receive a prize worth Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs). Big City will transfer the cash prize via RTGS/NEFT to winner bank account and UTR/transaction number will be shared with winner. The cash prize will be subject to statutory deductions under applicable laws.

What is the Period of Sweet & Salty Dream Kitchen Contest?

** The Contest is valid only in India for a limited period of 60 (Sixty) days starting from DD/MM/YYYY at 00:00:01 a.m. to DD/MM/YYYY at 23:59:59 p.m. (herein after referred as “Contest Period”).
** ITC reserves right to cancel/reduce/amend/extend/modify the Contest Period at its absolute discretion without notice and without any liability, without assigning any reason whatsoever. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
