Entry fee with late fee of ` 500/- from 6th Sept. to 10th Sept.2015 (Evening 20.00 hrs).
However, entry fee will be collected on 11th morning with late fees subject to pairing in the second (2nd) round.
Phone entries & SMS entries are not accepted. E-mail confirmation without deposit of entry fees in our bank account is not accepted.

Transport :
** The distance from railway station to venue is approximately 3 kms. and from airport to venue is approximately 5 kms.
** Participants have to directly report at the venue.

Fooding :
** Lots of restaurants are available outside the venue.
** GM, IM and WGM will be provided free fooding at the venue or will be provided fooding allowance.

Tournament Rules :
** System of Play – The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE laws of chess.
** Time Control – 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment from move 1 for entire game
** Tie Break – In case of a tie, the latest FIDE rules shall come in to effect. The cash prizes however will not be shared.

Tournament Schedule :
** Inauguration – 11th Sept. 9:30 AM
** Round 1 – 11th Sept. 11:00 AM
** Prize distribution – 17th Sept. 5:00 PM
