What is Nick Feature Your Teacher Contest?

Nick #FeatureYourTeacher Feature Your Teacher Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited. The Contest is open to all individual participant who must be between the age group of 4 years to 14 years and be permanent residents of India. This Contest, Winner’s Selected messages for their teachers will be featured on TV as a running ticker on 5th and 6th September, 2024. Last Date of Contest is 4th September 2024.

Eligibility of Feature Your Teacher Contest

** The Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall, as on September 5, 2024
(i) be between the age group of 4 (four) years to 14 (fourteen) years (both included)
(ii) have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
(iii) be permanent residents of India;
(iv) be viewers of the channel Nick (“Channel”)

** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian. It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the Contest with the consent and assistance of their parents/guardians.
** Accordingly, the Participants shall provide all the necessary documents/proof as required by the Organizer upon its request in this regard. The validity of such proof shall be determined by Organizer at its own discretion.
** The Contest shall commence on August 28, 2024 at 10.00 AM and shall conclude on September 4, 2024 at 11.59 PM or any other date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).

How to Participate in the Feature Your Teacher Contest?

To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to do the following:
a) visit the website http://www.nickindia.com and click on the Feature Your Teacher button at the top of the page menu and by doing so Participant will land on the online form (“Form”)

b) in the Form, the Participant will be required to
(i) provide details such as Participant’s name, contact number, Participant’s teacher’s name, and
(ii) their message to their teacher in not more than 104 characters. Read and click on the check-box provided in the Form and thereafter click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button or such other button/option provided therein Form will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend (“Contest Entry/Contest Submission”).

Selection Process of Feature Your Teacher Contest

** At any time during or after the end of the Contest Period, as determined by Organizer at it’s sole discretion, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist minimum 5 (five) such Contest Forms which in the sole opinion of the Organizer are the best messages for the teachers.
** The aforementioned Contest Form with the selected messages shall be referred to as Shortlisted Contest Entry.
** The Participant(s) who have submitted these Shortlisted Contest Entry shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participant(s) (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”).
** The Organizer may reach out to such Shortlisted Participant for further verification of documents.

Verification:
The Participants agree and consent that before being considered and declared as a Winner, the Shortlisted Participant may be contacted anytime by Organizer on their e-mail id/contact number provided as determined by Organizer and such contacted Shortlisted Participant shall be required to immediately provide Organizer with such information pertaining to them as asked for by the Organizer and also the following documents immediately upon such request by Organizer:
a) PAN card
b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License
c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent
d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools such other documents as may be required by the Organizer from time to time, in such manner as required by Organizer.
It is hereby clarified that information and documents shall pertain to such Participant only and not of any other person.

Gratification of Feature Your Teacher Contest

** As gratification for this Contest, Winner’s Selected messages for their teachers will be featured on TV as a running ticker on 5th and 6th September, 2024 or any such date as determined by the Organizer as per its discretion.

** Additionally, as per the sole discretion of Organizer, some of the Winner’s Selected messages may at any time, also be used by Organizer in trade mailers, outdoor hoardings, may be posted/uploaded on Organizer’s social media pages and/or such other media platform etc., as determined by Organizer at it’s sole discretion.
