Festive Starts With Suzuki Photo Contest 2024 is organized by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited through Suzuki India’s official Instagram page. The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of India and have reached the age of majority. This scheme/offer is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. Customers who buys Suzuki Two Wheeler Participate in Photo Contest. Minimum 50 Likes on post will be required to qualify for the contest, Maximum no of likes on customer photo will get to Win the awards. Last Date of Contest is 26th December 2024.

Eligibility of Festive Starts With Suzuki Contest

** The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of India and have reached the age of majority i.e 18 years of age (supported by valid and authentic age proof public document). Employees, Agents, and representatives of SMIPL and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** It is mandatory to follow the Suzuki Motorcycle India’s page to qualify to participate in the contest.
** Company employees, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
** If the customer has booked the vehicle but the delivery of vehicle is after the contest period, then that customer will not be eligible for contest.
** This scheme/offer is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. Dealership can promote normally without any scheme.
** The contest is divided into 3 phases (winners will be declared for each phase), below are the details
Phase 1 – 15th August to 14th September
Phase 2 – 1st October to 10th November
Phase 3 – 20th November to 26th December

How to Participate in the Festive Starts With Suzuki Contest?

** Customers who buys Suzuki Two Wheeler – Participate in Photo Contest.
** Customers need to click picture with their Suzuki Two Wheeler.
** Customers upload the pictures on Instagram handles.
** Tag the official page of Suzuki Two Wheelers (@Suzuki2Wheelers) – Instagram
** Use #FestivalStartsWithSuzuki
** For festival colour of Access & Burgman and new Avenis colours, use additional #RideYourColour
** Top 5 users with maximum likes on their posts will be declared as winners and will get rewarded. Below 50 likes will not qualif.

Prizes of Festive Starts With Suzuki Contest

Winner will be announced as per below schedule:
** First Phase contest winners will be announced after 14th September-24, before the next contest duration that starts on 1st Oct’24.
** Second Phase contest winners will be announced after 10th November-24, before the next contest duration that starts on 20th Nov’24.
** Third & Final Phase contest winners will be announced after 26th December-24 and before 15th of January-2025.

Top 5 users with maximum likes on their posts will be declared as winners and will get rewarded. Below 50 likes will not qualif.

Terms and Conditions of Festive Starts With Suzuki Contest

** This contest is valid only for vehicle purchased during contest this period.
** Only those entries, which are received within the contest Period, will be considered eligible.
** Participants need to follow the instructions of the contest.
** Not using Correct #hastag will be considered as not qualified for the contest.
** It is mandatory to follow the Suzuki Motorcycle India’s page to qualify to participate in the contest.
** Any entry or Participant violating the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
** Winners will be announced on Instagram, and will be required to share their full name, mobile number, email ID and address with Id proof.
** The Participants agree and undertake that their entries shall not in any way be obscene, vulgar, disrespectful or defamatory in any manner nor shall be in infringement or in violation of any intellectual property rights of third parties and/or applicable laws.
** The Contest can be modified, suspended, terminated or any of the terms and conditions of the Contest can be changed at any time at Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd discretion without prior notice.
** Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited reserves the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/ or criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
** By participating in the contest, participants grant SMIPL a nonexclusive, worldwide royalty free license to use their submitted photos or personal identifiable information for promotional purposes, including but not limited to SMIPL’s website social media channels, and other marketing materials.
** Participants confirm that they own their rights to the submitted photos and have obtained all necessary permissions from any recognizable individuals in the photos.
** Participants agree to release SMIPL and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities arising out of or in connection with their participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
** All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with SMIPL privacy policy.
** By participating in the SMIPL photo contest, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.
** The Participant must possess a valid Driving license, Registration Certificate, appropriate insurance coverage , Helmet and have agreed to comply with all motor vehicle and traffic Laws and regulations. The Organizer will not be held liable for any accidents , claims and damages , or claims arising from the participation in the contest.
** The Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable tax , including Gift Tax, Associated with the Prize, Road Tax & Registration Charges, Insurance Charges. SMIPL shall not be liable for any such taxes thus deducted.
