Vogue India Dream Wedding Contest 2024 is organized by Conde Nast (India) Private Limited with the Prize sponsored by Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. The Contest is open for participation by unmarried couples who must be residents of India. The applicants must obtain written consent from each of their family members to participate in the Contest and provide proof of such consent to the same to the Organiser. Last Date of Contest is 25th September 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of Dream Wedding Contest

** Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
** Valid identification is required for both individuals.
** The couple must be residents of India.
** The Dream Wedding begins on 5 September 2024 and concludes on 25 September 2024.

How to Submit for Dream Wedding Contest?

Entry Requirements :
Personal Information: Provide your full names, contact details, and a brief introduction.
Engagement Status: The couple should be engaged for a minimum of two months.
Commitment: The couple should be willing to plan an intimate wedding with close friends and family, in collaboration with our esteemed partners.
Love Story Video: Submit a 2-minute-long video narrating your love story, why you wish to win, and your vision for the perfect wedding.
Photographs: Include at least three recent photographs of the couple.
Social Media Profiles: Provide links to your social media profiles, if available.

Submission Format :
** All entries must be submitted via the designated Google form.
** Videos should be submitted in mp4 format.
** Written entries and videos must be in English.

Prizes of Dream Wedding Contest

Please note that the following shall not be included in the Prize:
** Flowers or any decorative items;
** DJ & musicians;
** Any other additional events;
** Food and beverages costs outside the agreed meals and days informed by the Organiser;
** Return travel and airport transfers for all guests of the winning couple;
** Laundry / dry cleaning services;
** Spa and salon treatments
** Full wedding video/ stills;
** Clothes for extended family; and
** Anything not specifically mentioned/covered in the description of the services as shall be provided for the purposes of the Prize.

Terms and Conditions of Dream Wedding Contest

a. The couple should be residents and citizens of India with the female being unmarried natural born female above 18 years of age as on August 1, 2024 and the male partner being unmarried natural born male over 21 years of age as on August 1, 2024.
b. The applicants will be required to produce their identification, age proofs and such other documentation as required by the Organiser to verify their identity.
c. The applicants must obtain written consent from each of their family members (father & mother or legal guardians in the absence of parents) to participate in the Contest and provide proof of such consent to the same to the Organiser.
d. The applicants’ family members must be available for filming as required by the Organiser’s production team and provide written consent for their participation.
e. The applicant’s family members should be prepared to discuss any issues (including physical, financial, psychological, or emotional matters) that may affect their participation in the Contest.
f. The applicants must allocate such days as shall be communicated by the Organiser for conducting the shoot and other activities relating to the Prize without fail, and follow the schedules and guidelines shared by the Organiser.
g. The applicants must ensure that their family members are available at the scheduled time and place for necessary production activities in relation to the shoot.
h. On the wedding day and pre-scheduled days for the different functions, the applicants and their family members must adhere to the agreed schedule and be available for the Organiser’s team as communicated.
i. Any objections regarding the schedule or dates must be communicated to the Organiser in writing at least 30 days’ in advance.
j. The selection of the venue of the marriage and related functions for the Prize winners shall be at sole discretion of the Organiser and may be subject to change.
k. The finalization of stylist, event planning, content planning, social and digital media amplification and other specifics of the marriage and related functions for the purposes of the Prize shall be solely decided by the Organiser and agreed unconditionally by the applicants.
l. The applicants must disclose all relevant details about family rituals and traditions to the Organiser’s team.
m. The applicants must have sufficient financial resources to fund the expenses of their marriage and related functions not sponsored by the Organiser and sufficient proof relating to the same shall be provided as and when required.
n. The applicants upon selection by the Organiser will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the Contest as per schedule given.
