Eligibility of Rajdhani Poha Cashback Offer

** The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
** For Rajdhani Poha offer can be redeemed between, 15th March 2024 to 15th December 2024.

How to Participate in the Rajdhani Poha Cashback Offer?

1.Customer buys the products and scans the QR code as printed on the pack
2. They are directed to the registration page of the dedicated web site created for this offer and enter all the details as mentioned on the registration page and also the alphanumerical number as printed inside the pack
3. Once the details are submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the details along with an OTP
4. They open the claim page on the same web site, enter the OTP and the mode of payment that they wish to receive and submit
5. They will receive an instant sms confirming receipt of the details. The Amount / Respective Voucher will credited / sent to them with 24 to 48 hrs except on a weekend or Bank Holidays
6. In case wrong UPI details are submitted and the amount is not accepted by the payment gateway or if their mobile no is on DND. In that case the amount will not be credited to their account and the respective voucher will not delivered to them.

Terms & Conditions of Rajdhani Poha Cashback Offer

** The voucher code as printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd & Rewardport shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during the transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
** This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited to a UPI / Amazon-pay linked bank account or Amazon Pay / Zomato Voucher. The value of the cash will be 50 The amount will be credited to the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher.
** Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner’s end.
** The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.
** Maximum 1 vouchers (1 Vouchers per Month for 3 months) will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employees, Distributors or any other channel partner.
** The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of public holidays and weekends, the amount will be credited on the next working day.
** In no event, UPI/Amazon-pay/ Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly
** The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enters incorrect details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
** Once the customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e., either UPI / Amazon Pay / Zomato Voucher it cannot be modified.
** If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.
** UPI/Amazon/Zomato voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
** Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.
** By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd / Rewardport to contact the participant for this Promotional offer.
** Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd / Rewardport may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

** The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.
