Bihar Tourism in Influencer’s Eyes Contest 2024 is organized by Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar. Indian citizens can participate in this competition. One Participant can Participate in One Category Only. There is No participation fee. Last Date of Contest is 1st November 2024.

Eligibility of Bihar Tourism in Influencer’s Eyes Contest

** Indian citizens of age above 18 Years can participate in this competition & the participation fee is free.
** The Participant must be a Social Media Influencer, Blogger having more than 50,000 Followers on Social Media Platforms (Facebook, X (Previously Twitter), Instagram & YouTube (Note:- Minimum Followers Count 50,000 Including all Mentioned Platforms).
** The competition will be running from 2nd Oct to 1st Nov 2024. Entries between the mentioned date will only be considered valid.

Terms & Conditions of Bihar Tourism in Influencer’s Eyes

** Participants must ensure that they do not have been involved in creation of any disputed, Nude, Anti-social content, Content of Social dispute or hurting religious sentiments or have promoted from their social media handle. Declaration must be given from them.
** Participants who desire to participate should provide his/her name, affiliations (if applicable), date of birth, correspondence address, email address, and mobile number. A valid ID proof is a must to submit along with entries. (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Voter ID etc.)
** One Participant can Participate in One Category Only. One Participant can upload maximum of Three Videos in his participated category of different theme.
** The reels should be shot in HD Standard having a pixel-appropriate size within the limit of a Minimum of 100 MB to a Maximum of 1 GB. Content recorded must be of Campaign duration. A declaration must be given from Participant.
** Content must be of Campaign duration 2nd Oct to 1st Nov. Selected Participants will have to provide the Raw Footage/File to the Department if asked for which the Department will not be liable to pay any cost.
** Video should not be of less than 60 Sec and more than 120 Sec. In Addition, Participant will have to create a 10 to 15 Sec Reel/Shorts/Video of Same Subject which is Mandatory for Every Video Uploaded by the participant.
** File should look clean when viewed on-screen at 100%. Entries should not be submitted in compressed or self extracting formats; while submitting, participants must provide a title with a detailed description of reels in English or Hindi in a maximum of 50 words.
** The Video should not be displayed in any publication, online sites, or social media.
** Video/Reels must be related to Spiritual & Religious Tourism, Eco Tourism, Heritage & Historical Tourism, Wellness Tourism, Cuisines of Bihar and Art & Culture.
** All the Content must be of Bihar State Only. Participants must prepare content based on Bihar State only. Content which is not relevant to Bihar State will not be eligible.
** Any dispute or any issue related to this competition will be decided by the Dept. of Tourism, which will be final and binding. All Decisions related to this competition, or any dispute related to this competition, Decisions of the Department of Tourism will be final.
** It would be the responsibility of the participants/applicants to keep themselves informed about any changes in the Terms & Conditions or Criteria stated for this contest.
** Participant must not Violate/Infringes the IT act 1957 of Indian Constitution.
** Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar has complete rights to take any decision for change in terms and conditions, hold or cancel the campaign without stating any reason for it.
** Video/reel should not contain any type of Logo, watermark, etc. on the video if so, candidature will be rejected, and you won’t qualify for the contest.
** Department of Tourism Govt. of Bihar will post these videos on Social Media Platform in collaboration with the influencers and will Monitor Video Post Analytics for 45 days and result for the best video will be awarded as per the Analytics of the Video.
** Three Parameter to be Considered for evaluation (Reach, Like and Share) . For Twitter we will be Considering (Share = Repost = Retweet). Video with Higher Reach, Like & Share will be awarded.
** In case of Higher Reach and Low Likes , Higher Likes and Low Share or any Such dispute Video with Maximum Reach will be Awarded the Prize.
** Reel should not contain any content that infringes or may infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or proprietary rights of any individual or group.
** By submitting the reels, you hereby understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Content submitted, and we are not liable in any way for such Content, reel, video, or part of it or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use or dissemination of any reel/video submitted in this contest.
