What is TVS Credit Magical Diwali Contest?

Magical Diwali Season 7 Contest 2024 is organized by TVS Credit Services Limited. For individuals who purchases consumer durables like refrigerator, smartphones, televisions, air-conditioners etc., TVS two-wheelers and used cars by availing loans from TVS Credit and/or using InstaCard from 3rd October,2024 and 7th November, 2024. Click or upload a selfie with TVS Credit-financed product and share agreement number.

Eligibility of Magical Diwali Season 7 Contest

** This Diwali Contest shall be applicable in all parts of India, except in those states wherein any law, order, direction, guidelines, regulations etc specifically prohibits such offers and in such states as mentioned herein.
** Existing customers applying for another personal loan from TVS Credit during the Contest Period are also eligible for the Diwali Contest.
** Participation in the Diwali Contest by individuals below 18 years of age shall not be allowed.
** This Diwali Contest is not applicable for online/digital personal loan customers.
** TVS Group employees, blood relations of employees, agents, dealers, vendors etc are not eligible to participate in the Diwali Contest.

** Customers availing loan for purchasing consumer durables from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, Punjab, Delhi, Assam, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Pondicherry and West Bengal are eligible to participate in the Diwali Contest.

** Customers availing loan for purchasing used cars from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, and Maharashtra are eligible to participate in the Diwali Contest.

How to Participate in the Diwali Contest?

** Post availing loan from TVS Credit the customer shall upload his/her selfie along with the product purchased and Loan Agreement number by scanning QR code available on website, banners, advertisements or with the dealers.
** For InstaCard and Cross Sell Loans, customers can post their festive selfies and share the Loan Agreement number by scanning the QR code/link shared by TVS Credit.
** Customers can also post the selfie on our social media pages with the Loan Agreement number and hashtag #MagicalDiwali.
** Disclosure of the Loan Agreement number alongwith the selfie is mandatory to avail the Diwali Contest. The collection of the loan agreement number and selfie is required only for purpose of verification of the customer.

Terms & Conditions of Magical Diwali Season 7 Contest

** In case the Customer doesn’t mention the Loan Agreement number alongwith the selfie, the customer shall not be eligible for the Diwali Contest.
** This Diwali Contest is subject to all applicable central, state laws and regulations of India.
** The winners will be shortlisted randomly. TVS Credit shall not be held liable to explain the process by which the winner has been chosen.
** Distribution of vouchers to customers shall be decided by TVS Credit only.
** The customer shall redeem the voucher subject to terms and conditions and instructions specified on voucher within the time period specified in the voucher and not after the expiry date of the voucher.
** TVS Credit reserves the right to exclude any person or individual from the Diwali Contest at any time by any reason whatsoever.

** TVS Credit shall not be responsible for any NDNC Registry regulation. All customers who participate hereby agree and give express consent to TVS Credit for the Diwali Contest that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND, TVS Credit, will have the valid authority to call or send SMS and/or email such shortlisted participants, by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Diwali Contest.

** Prizes will be announced on the TVS Credit’s Facebook and Instagram page at the end of the Diwali Contest.
** After announcement of winners, TVS Credit shall call the winner and enquire details from the Customer.
** The Customer shall provide the details and copy of pan card to TVS Credit for regulatory purposes only.
** After obtaining information from Customer, the prize details including the vouchers shall be sent by TVS Credit on registered e-mail address of the customer.
** The customer can avail the voucher in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the voucher.
** Cash in lieu of prizes will not be given under any circumstances.
** All disputes and/or differences pertaining to the Diwali Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai only.
** No cash alternatives or alternative prizes shall be provided.
** The images of the prizes depicted on the press ads/posters etc are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made. All images used to depict prizes are proprietary to the respective brand/manufacturer.
** TVS Credit, its directors, officers, employees, dealers etc shall not be held liable for the loss, expense, damage etc, if any, caused or incurred to the Customer due to participating in Diwali Contest.
** The prizes will be governed by normal terms and warranties and/or guarantees, of the manufacturer of the prizes and TVS Credit shall not be held liable or responsible for the same. The prize winner shall contact the manufacturer service centre directly for any issue, whatsoever, related to the prize.
** Any doubts, queries, information etc related to the functioning of the prizes shall be directly made by the Customer to the manufacturer of the prizes and the manufacturer shall be solely liable and responsible for the same.
** All taxes, levies and charges, if any, on the prize will be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall pay tax liability at the prevailing tax rates (as per applicable Income Tax), if applicable.
