Eligibility of KITKAT Golden Break Program Contest

** This Program will be open to consumers only.
** The Participant shall be above age of 18 years.
** Participant must be citizen of India.
** Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.
** All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Nestlé India, or the Agency will have all the authority to call participants by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.
** The Program is valid in India except Tamil Nadu from 10th October 2024 to 23rd November 2024 (both dates inclusive).

** Any consumer purchasing a promotional product will stand a chance to win a 1 g Gold Coin.
** Consumer will have to purchase KitKat 38.5 gm pack & SMS KITKAT<SPACE>LOT Number to 8367283672.
** Post successful participation a scientific randomiser will pick one lucky winner daily.
** Shortlisted winner will receive a confirmation SMS with a link & a Golden code.
** The winner should visit the link & enter the Mobile number, Golden code & provide the details as Name & Address details.
