What is Ferrero Rocher Light Up Your Diwali Contest?

Light Up Your Diwali 2.O Contest 2024 is organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. The Contest is open for residing in India and adults above 18 years. The consumers can participate in the Contest by scanning a QR code printed on the Ferrero Rocher T4, T8, T16 and T24 pack of products. Last Date of Contest is 14th November 2024.

Eligibility of Light Up Your Diwali 2.O Contest

** The Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India (except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry), during the Contest Period, other than for trade / business purpose, are eligible to participate in this Contest (Eligible Participants).
** The Contest is open for adults above 18 years.
** The Company or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest and in such cases the Company or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.

Contest Period & Contest Timings:
** The contest will commence from 12:01:01 AM on 01/10/2024 to 11:59:59 PM on 14/11/2024.
** Winners will be selected between 12:01:01 AM on 01/10/2024 to 11:59:59 PM on 14/11/2024 during the contest period.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received on the Contest Website.
** Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.

How to Participate in the Light Up Your Diwali 2.O Contest?

** Any Participant can enter once during the contest period from a mobile number.
** Scan the QR code on the Promo Pack
** Participant will be asked to complete their registration by entering their name, email ID, mobile number (“Personal Data”) and lot no. of the Promo Packs.
** Upon submitting the details, the Participants will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Participants will need to submit the OTP to authenticate their mobile number.
** Once the Participants successfully completes their registration, they will stand a chance to win exciting Prizes.

The Company and the Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM generated messages
** For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry.
** Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
** The Company or the Agency shall not be responsible for any charges, levies, costs incurred by the end consumer to participate in this Contest.

Winner Selection of Light Up Your Diwali 2.O Contest

** A Participant can win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the Contest Period from their registered mobile number, email ID, address, or household.
** From the valid entries received during the Contest Period, the Agency/ Company will select the eligible winners.
** Winners will be selected by the Agency using a randomizer software.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of the Agency.
** The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
** Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
** Any unused Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

** The Company shall provide the Prize on an “as-is basis” and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and the Company and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable for deficiency and/ or defect of any Prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.

** The Company or it Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the Prize due to Act of God, governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of the Company or the Agency, and under no circumstances, the Company shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

** 24 winners will be selected to win a Candle Holder
** 135 winners will be selected to win T96 Cone Ferrero.
** 45 winners will be selected to win Family Dinner for 4 people.
** 1080 winners will be selected to win Movie Tickets for 4 people, (hereinafter collectively referred as “Prizes”).
