Eligibility of Epson Diwali Contest

** The Epson Print and Win Diwali contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above, residing in India.
** Employees, affiliates, and family members of Epson India and its partners are not eligible to participate.
** The Contest begins on 18-10-2024 and ends on 05-11-2024.

How to Participate in the Epson Diwali Contest?

Step-2 : Choose, download and print your favorites Diwali decoration templates and decorate your home with those printed elements.
Step-3 : Share your decoration picture or video on Instagram, tag @EpsonIndia and use #EpsonDiwali.

Terms & Conditions of Diwali Contest

** Entries must be submitted as per the guidelines mentioned in ‘How to Participate’ section, as mentioned above.
** Entries must be original and should not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
** Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant is eligible to win only one prize.
** Three winners will be selected based on creativity, uniqueness, and relevance to the Diwali theme.
** Epson India will decide the winners and the decision on the winners will be final and binding.
** Each winner will receive 1 unit of an Epson EcoTank Printer signed by Rashmika Mandanna.
** Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
** Epson India reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value, if necessary.
** Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
** If a winner does not respond with necessary details within 15 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
** By participating in the Contest, participants grant Epson India the right to use their name, any other details and submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation.
** Participants retain ownership of their entries but grant Epson India a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their entries in connection with the contest and related promotional activities.
** Epson India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in whole or in part if unforeseen circumstances or technical issues arise.
** Epson India reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
** The Contest is governed by the laws of India, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangaluru.
