What is Cadbury Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest?

The #CadburyConfirmedSeat Celebration Confirm Seat campaign is organized by Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. Participant must be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India. Participation in this Campaign can be done either by scanning the QR on any Cadbury Celebrations pack or by visiting CadburyConfirmedSeat.com. Last Date of Contest is 28th October 2024.

Eligibility of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

1. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
1.1. You need to be a natural person;
1.2. You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
1.3. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
1.4. You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.

2. Our and/or Campaign Partners and/or Campaign Partner employees, their immediate family members, and our/their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.
3. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, State and local laws and regulations in India.

How To Enter in the Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest?

1. This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. 18th October 2024 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 28th October 2024 on the Website. Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered.
2. You must comply with and satisfy all the required criteria to be entitled to participate in the Campaign including complying with meeting all eligibility and pre-conditions to win a Prize as set out in these T&Cs.

3. How to Participate To be eligible for the Campaign, during the Campaign Entry Period, Participant must either
i) Via Website CadburyConfirmedSeat.com directly
ii) Scan the QR code on the pack

4. (i) For entries through website, google form and pack
** To submit the entry, the Participant shall be required to fill in his full name, mobile number, email ID. Once filled, the Participant needs to fill in the details of intended date of travel and across which cities.
** Along with this also answer the question “Whom do you want to meet in person this Diwali”” and then the Participant shall submit his/her entry.
** After filling the above fields and accepting the T&Cs, Participants will stand a chance to win confirmed train tickets for their journey home across trains routes as a part of this campaign. This is not applicable in TN

5. Each Participant will be required to provide a compelling and creative answer to the question “Whom do you want to meet in person this Diwali” as part of his/her online entry for this Campaign.
6. Post submission of entry, the winning Participants will be contacted for the further process.

Selection Process of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

i. All valid online entries which have provided all the necessary details will be first selected by a randomizer that will longlist entries, post which Mondelez through an Execution Partner will perform shortlisting manually on the basis of their evaluation.
ii. From the Longlist Entries, 140 entries will be shortlisted by the Execution Partner.
iii. All valid Shortlisted Entries will be further validated through a phone and physical verification. Mondelez will reach out to the Shortlisted Entries as mentioned above during the period between 18th October 2024 and 28rd October 2024
iv. All Shortlisted Entries will receive
a. A phone verification to confirm the availability of the Participant
b. Post this, there will be a confirmation given to Participant that their entry has been selected as a Prize Winner and your availability for the Event will be confirmed.
vi. The Prize Winners will be notified via email and phone call, atleast 4 days prior to the day of journey for which they have won the tickets.

Prizes of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

1. Number of Prizes:
There shall be minimum of 140 Prize Winners which will be announced as the Winner of the Campaign. Name of the Prize Winners may also be featured on social media content.

2. Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in these T&Cs. Participants will also have to satisfy the requirements under the Selection and Judging Criteria.

3. Prizes:
Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes:
Confirmed train tickets to travel to their hometowns during Diwali. Name, photo and video content of the winning pair may also be featured on social media handle of the brand.
