What is Mobis Festive Contest?

“Mobis Festive Contest” 2024 is organized by Mobis India Limited & Hyundai Motor India Limited. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India. Participant can participate, voluntarily, by their own free choice by posting a photo or video of their Hyundai passenger car decorated with Hyundai Genuine Accessories. Mobis India will announce 9 winners under this Contest. All the winners will be announced on or before 15th November 2024. Last Date of Contest is 5th November 2024.

Eligibility of Mobis Festive Contest

** This Contest is applicable only for the individual but not applicable for the institutional, organisational or corporate purchases.
** This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of Mobis India’s employees and their families, Mobis India’s distributors, retailers, other channel partners, agencies/entities associated with Contest (including their employees).
** Participation by people below 18 years of age shall not be allowed.

How to Participate in the Mobis Festive Contest?

** The Contest will commence on 18th Oct, 2024 and will end on 5th Nov, 2024 (both dates are inclusive).
** This Contest shall run across all Vehicles manufactured by Hyundai Motor India Limited (“HMIL”).
** The Participant shall be the owner of HMIL’s Vehicle or direct blood relative (means parents, children, siblings only) of the owner.
** The Participants must follow Mobis India’s official social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, twitter) and post a photo or video of their Vehicle decorated. The more Accessories Participant use, higher the chances of winning.
** The Participants shall use the hashtag “#CelebratewithMobis” while posting photos or videos and tag Mobis India in the post.
** The Participants can make multiple entries however each entry must be unique.

** By submitting the entry, the Participant confirms that he/she is the rightful owner of the Vehicle, or direct blood relative of the owner and the photos or videos posted shall not in any way be obscene, vulgar, disrespectful or defamatory in any manner nor shall be in infringement or in violation of any intellectual property rights of third parties and/or applicable laws.

** No third-party or unauthorized content (images, videos, music, etc.) should be included in the post by Participants without appropriate permissions.
** Mobis India reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or that violates any of these terms and conditions.
** Participants enter the Contest at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that any decorations or modifications made to their Vehicle are safe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Winner Selection of Mobis Festive Contest

** The winners will be selected based on criteria determined by Mobis India and jury decision and shall not be held liable to explain the process by which the winner has been chosen. The decision of Mobis India is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained regarding the selection process or results.
** Mobis India reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or that violates any of these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
** In the event that the winner does not take the prize or courier undelivered, then the prize shall be forfeited by Mobis India.
** Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The right to claim the prize cannot be transferred by the Participant/winner to any other person. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available.
** The images of the prizes, if any, depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made. All images used to depict prizes are proprietary to the respective brand/manufacturer.
** All taxes, levies and charges on the prize, if any, will be borne and pay by winner.
