What is Star Vijay Jodi Are You Ready?

Jodi Are U Ready is a 2024 Indian Tamil-language reality television dance competition show and is the eleventh part of Jodi No.1. Rio Raj and Angelin were as hosts of the show which was judged by Actress Meena, Choreographer Sandy Master and Sridevi Vijaykumar are the judges of the show. Now registrations are open for Jodi Are You Ready Season 2 Audition. Audition commencing from November 24, 2024 or on such dates fixed & announced by the Company and/or Production House and shall be required to be checked by the Participant(s) from time to time.

Who Can Participate in the Star Vijay Jodi Are You Ready Audition?

All persons aged between 18 years and 60 years i.e. 18 (eighteen) years or above and 60 (sixty) years or below as of November 17, 2024, being an Indian citizen and resident of India and enters the Auditions /Program of Star Vijay Jodi Are You Ready individually.

How To Register For Star Vijay Jodi Are You Ready Audition?

(a) To register and to participate in the Auditions, the interested Participant(s) shall:

i. have a unique registration code assigned to him/her at the Audition Centre (“Registration Number”);

ii. fill and execute a registration form or any other document(s) at the Audition Centre and duly submit all personal information including but not limited to documentation as required by the Company and/or Production House as may be required to be submitted by them on the registration form (“Personal Information”) in a manner and form, as requested and /or prescribed therein (“Registration Form”);

iii. If selected for Level 2 of the Audition, the Participant(s) shall be required to fill and execute the declaration cum indemnity and/or any other document at the Audition Centre(s) as may be required to be submitted by them on the registration form in a manner and form, as requested and /or prescribed therein (“Participation Agreement”).

(b) In case the said Participant(s) is unable to furnish the original document(s) to verify the eligibility details or submit self-affirmed photocopy of the same or submit the necessary proofs, the said Participant(s) shall be disqualified by the Company. For the purposes of this Audition, the Registration Number and the Registration Form bearing the signature of the Participant(s) on the Registration Form duly submitted by the Participant(s) at the Audition Centre] shall be considered a complete entry (“Entry”).

(c) Participant(s) undertake that all Personal Information, documentation, contents of the Registration Form provided by them at the time of registration at the Audition Centre are true, correct, accurate and original. Any incomplete entry(ies) and /or Entries with incorrect format/information and/or inadequate information will be considered invalid and will be disqualified from participating in the Auditions.

Note:
All entries at the respective Audition Centre(s) shall be on first come first serve basis between 9.30am to 12.00pm and/or or any other time as decided and communicated by the Company at its sole discretion. It is further clarified that the Company reserves the right to close the registration process at any of the Audition Centre(s), in any manner it may deem fit at its sole discretion.

Audition Details of Star Vijay Jodi Are You Ready

Audition Centres:
Audition Centre shall collectively mean the following centres/venues, at the sole discretion of the Company, wherein Auditions for the Program will be conducted:

(i) Venues located in the cities of Chennai & Coimbatore and/or any other city(ies)/venue(s) in the Territory of Tamil Nadu, as the Company may determine, where the Participants shall be required to attend Level 1 of the Auditions;

(ii) Each respective Audition Centre will have a Level 1 of Auditions as enumerated below;

(iii)Shortlisted Contestants of Level 1 (both round 1 and round 2) in the respective Audition Centre(s) shall be eligible to participate in Level 2 (rounds 1 to round 4 ) of the Auditions in Chennai or at any venues or locations as decided by the company at its sole discretion.

Audition Period:
Audition Period shall mean the period for Auditions to be conducted in different cities in the Territory, as stipulated and/or updated by the Company at its sole discretion on the website http://www.startv.com/legal-terms-policies/#contest-tandc (“Website”) commencing from November 24, 2024 or on such dates fixed & announced by the Company and/or Production House and shall be required to be checked by the Participant(s) from time to time.

Audition Levels:
Level shall mean collectively levels 1 and 2 of the Auditions. The term “Level(s)” shall be construed accordingly to refer to any one (1) particular level of the Auditions as signified by the corresponding number. The Company and/or the Production House, shall have the sole right to disqualify participants from further participating in the Auditions and in the Program. All such decision will be final and binding on the participant.

Level 1:
i. Level 1 consists of 2 (two) rounds of Auditions, with each round having a similar mechanism of selection of Participants by the Panel (as defined below).

ii. The Participant(s) will be asked to perform minimum 1 (one) dance performance of any style as deemed fit by the Panel [“Act(s)”]. This Act shall be evaluated by the Company or its representatives and /or renowned dancers/ choreographers appointed by the Company and/or by the Production House, at their own discretion for each of the Levels of Auditions (“Panel”). The decision of the Company with regard to the composition of the Panel shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).

iii. The top-rated Acts of the Participant(s) shall be evaluated and shortlisted by the Panel on the basis of dancing quality, rhythm sense, coordination, flexibility, creativity and overall basis of his/her performance, or any such other criteria determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

Level 2- Interzonal Auditions:
i. Level 2 consists of 4 (four) rounds of Auditions, with each round having a similar mechanism of selection of Participants by the Panel.

ii. Participant(s) shortlisted at Level 1 shall be required to be present in the Audition Centre(s) in India, as may be informed by the Company, to participate and perform in Level 2 Auditions, on and/or on specific dates and time as decided and communicated by the Company. Participant(s) shortlisted at Level 1 must travel to Chennai on the dates communicated to them at their sole cost and expense.
