What is Hangyo Icecreams IPL Contest?

Hangyo Icecreams Private Limited is organising the Contests in celebration of the upcoming (2025) season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Residents of India can participate in this contest. To participate in the contest, you are required to answer the Contest question posted on the Company’s Instagram Page. Contest winners will be rewarded Zomato vouchers worth up to Rs. 1,000/- each. Last date of contest is 15th December 2024.

Eligibility of Hangyo Icecreams IPL Contest

You may participate in a Contest only if You are:
(a) aged eighteen (18) years and above;
(b) competent to contract in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872; and
(c) a resident of, and physically present in India for the entire duration of the Contests.

How To Enter in the Hangyo Icecreams IPL Contest?

To participate in the Hangyo Icecreams IPL Contest, You are required to:
** Follow the Company’s official Instagram Account;
** Answer the Contest question posted on the Company’s Instagram Page, in the comments section of the post.
** Rules and formats for comment answers will be specified in the applicable social media post. Comment answers must be submitted during the Contest Term; and
** Tag two (2) friends in the comments who would also be interested in participating in the Contest.
** Your answer must be relevant to the IPL 2025 auction, and comply with Instagram’s community guidelines, and usage terms and policies.

Prizes of Hangyo Icecreams IPL Contest

** Contest winners will be rewarded Zomato vouchers worth up to Rs. 1,000/- each. Company will announce Contest winners, selected at random.
** The Grand Winner will receive Zomato vouchers worth up to Rs. 10,000/-, and the Runner-Up Winners will receive Zomato vouchers worth up to Rs.5,000/- each.
** The decision of the Company as to winners of any Contest will be final, binding and non-contestable.
** Contest prizes may be subject to variation at the sole discretion of Hangyo, and any change will be final and binding upon every Participant who enters a Contest.
** Company will announce the winners of this Contest on its Instagram Page. Winners will be selected at random, except for the ‘Grand Winner’ and three (3) ‘Runner-Up Winners’, who will be chosen based on the creavity and relevance of their answers to the Contest question.
** Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram. Each winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize.
** If a winner does not respond within the given time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
** Prizes for all Contests will be given to the winner(s) as set out in these Terms, and on the Company’s official Instagram Page.
** Each winner must accept his/her prize in that form. Under no circumstances will cash be given as an alternative.
** Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise.
