What is Cadbury Choclairs Gold Birthday Bash Contest?

The Cadbury Choclairs Gold Birthday Bash activation is an initiative of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. This Campaign is applicable across the territory of India, except in the state of Tamil Nadu. To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall scan the QR code printed on the pack of Product. Participate and win VR Headset, Digital vouchers from Myntra, Amazon, Decathlon, Uber, BookMyshow & More Prizes. Last date of contest is 31st March 2025.

Eligibility of Cadbury Choclairs Gold Birthday Bash Contest

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
1. You need to be a natural person;
2. You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
3. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
4. You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
5. You must hold a valid PAN card issued under the provisions of the Income-Tax Act, 1961.

How To Enter in the Cadbury Choclairs Gold Birthday Bash Contest?

a. To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall scan the QR code printed on the pack of Product or visit www.choclairs.com which will lead him/her to a microsite. (“Campaign Microsite”).

b. The Participant will then have to log in by sharing their personal details such as name and phone number and OTP to proceed.

c. After logging into the Campaign Microsite, there will be rules page post which the Participant will be directed to a page displaying various categories. These categories represent different types of birthday gifts that the Participant can choose to draw.

d. Each category will include a dropdown menu with a list of items. The Participant can select one item from the list. Once an item is selected, a drawing board will appear on which the Participant can draw their chosen item.

e. Upon completing the drawing, the platform will attach animated hands and legs to the gift item, creating a doodle. (“animation” / “animated gift”). The Participant can reposition the hands and legs as desired. Once finalized, the gift item will be animated on the screen.

f. To be eligible for a Prize, the Participant must share the animated gift on Instagram, tagging @ccadbury_choclairs_india and using the hashtag #choclairsbirthdaybash. This makes them eligible to win Prizes.

g. It may please be noted that the item selected for drawing, or the gift item depicted in the Participant’s drawing is not guaranteed. The final choice of the Prize that the Prize Winner receives is at the sole discretion of Mondelez and / or the Campaign Partner.

a. Participants who would share the animated gift (last screen of the Campaign Microsite) on instagram as a story or post or reel with a hashtag #choclairsbirthdaybash and by tagging @cadbury_choclairs_india (“Entry”) would be eligible for winning.

b. The three categories of Prizes and allied details are as follows:

c. All those who participate in accordance with the T&Cs stipulated herein during the period from Jan 15th’2025 to March 31st’2025 (“Participation Eligibility Period”) and satisfy the eligibility criteria stand a chance to win the Prizes, unless otherwise dis-qualified.

d. Disbursement of Prizes will commence from 15th January 2025 onwards.
